I love this show! it's funny :D Sam and Spencer are my favorite. oh yeah, Spencer's worst enemy is Chuck, i think Carly have one, too. it was Nevel who always hacked her show and never get a kiss from her although, they did it from Christmas episode back in 2008 where she wished that Spencer was normal guy.

And he used to hack her web site as well. Nevel is Carly's enemy alright. I usually got confused on Mandy and Mindy.
I got Mindy from Drake & Josh. Josh's girlfriend. Mandy from iCarly. It was confusing since there names start with the letter M.

I will say this about iCarly...while I don't catch a lot of it, Jerry Trainor as Spencer does kick ***. I think he's hilarious in the scenes he gets; he can take some of the most juvenile of predicaments such as buying a large ostrich or getting beat up by some little kid and make it hilarious. It can definitely be something of a guilty pleasure.
Tiger Lily
09-17-2009, 09:05 AM
Jerry Tranior is still Crazy Steve from Drake & Josh. The new episode that aired last week, iThink They Kissed, that was season 3 already. So season 3 has already started.
Mr. CD
09-17-2009, 09:21 AM
Man, iThink They Kissed was a bit of a letdown. Maybe if they had cut Spencer's subplot a bit, they could've put more time into the main plot.

I'm 26 and a male, and I love that show. It's freaking hilarious. It's completely ridiculous, but still an awesome show. Tyler (sells ties), Socko (sells socks), Otto (sells cars), Rob (a thief)...yeah Spencer has an interesting family that he associates with...
I love Miranda Cosgrove's character here so much more than her character on Drake and Josh...I hated Megan...she was truly a evil, little devil...and sometimes she did stuff that just made me go, "Seriously? That's beyond pranking."

I agree on "iThink They Kissed" episode. They really should have left out Spencer's subplot. It kinda made it feel like the main plot of the episode was forced in.

I actually thought it was lame but once I started watching, I instantly got hooked. I think the best part is the fact it's not watered down like Disney's standards.
We all know, they would never have a jail break or porn references in a Hanna Montana episode.
DarkBlaze
09-18-2009, 12:50 PM
True, but they did have a porn actress in Even Stevens.
Honestly, I just watch it because of the beautiful Miranda (Carly) and Jennette (Sam). But yes, the show in general is really good too. LOL.

what vibes? they have yet to share one serious romantic moment in the entire series, and besides Dan Schneider like to pair up people that hate each other at first. from Zooey 101 Quinn and Logan and from Drake and Josh Josh and Mindy. Maybe in the future they'll have some kind of triangle but it seems likely if they are going to pair up a couple it will likely be Sam and Freddie.

she probably feels more alone then ever. she was rejected by a total goof for a girl who seems better and she didn't get to go to the dance because she did have a date and then she see's freddie with carly and i guess she just feels she will never have somebody that likes her or have a crush on her like freddie does with carly. so she is pretty sad right now she feels unwanted idk i'm probably over analyzing it so basically ......

Lately the iCarly episodes have left something to be desired. I mean... sometimes it's funny in the beginning... and then it just ends.
I barely watched the iCarly Awards. The only interesting part was Spencer surrounded by European swimsuit models. Of course, I knew they were male while Spencer didn't know at first.

I agree. This was a major step up compared to the last couple of new episodes. It didn't feel like they tried to force the b-plot in, which would have ruined the main focus of the episode.

*Dramatic Music* Fellow iCarly viewers since the pilot episode the Icarly fandom has been divided between Creddie, and Seddie. The fan war has been long and savage for four seasons we've ripped each other apart regrouped and gone back for more. Now *dramatic music builds* It is time to settle this once and for all.

That's right. We are about to get the answer to that burning iCarly question,
Creddie or Seddie?
Where do you stand?
Neo Aguni

Heh, this movie was totally Dan trying to make a point to his fanbase. And hey, those two guys from Drake and Josh and that girl from Zoey 101 show up (Is that how she talks in real life?). Also, I never thought I hear Damnation be said on a Nick Show. Also, Jack and Jerry should totally do a Buddy Movie or something.

Eh, crossover was alright. Judging by Jade and Robbie's hairstyle, it seems the crossover took place during season 1 of Victorious. The writers seem to have struggle abit giving both shows equal screentime, but it started to work out once Carly, Sam, and Freddie went to LA. Seeing Kenan again and the medley of iCarly's and Victorious's theme songs were the best parts of the crossover in IMO.

Sam and Freddie just don't click like that, and while the relationship was "Fun" as they put it. It's the end of iCarly:
After five seasons, Nickelodeon's hit series iCarly will be coming to an end, TVGuide.com has learned exclusively. In June, the cast will come together for the last time to film a special iCarly television event that will air in November.
"Everyone at iCarly has been like family to me for five years," creator and executive producer Dan Schneider told TVGuide.com. "When we film our very last scene, there will be a lot of crying, I know. But I also know that in television, you don't want to over-stay your welcome. I want to go out the way we are — on a creative high-note. "
Debuting in 2007, the half-hour comedy catapulted the careers of stars Miranda Cosgrove and Jennette McCurdy, who play two best friends with a popular webcast. Along with their other best friend Gibby (Noah Munck), producer Freddie (Nathan Kress) and Carly's older brother (Jerry Trainor), the fivesome became famous for their hijinks and "random dancing."
"iCarly has been a definitional show for Nick with kid empowerment at its core and irreverent, smart humor that families around the world enjoy," Marjorie Cohn, Nickelodeon's president of development and original programming said. "With its classic sitcom format and beloved characters, iCarly will always have a home on Nickelodeon."
VIDEO: iCarly's Miranda Cosgrove dishes on working, dancing with guest star Michelle Obama
The show has featured many high-profile guest-stars over the years, including First Lady Michelle Obama, Jack Black, Jane Lynch, and the bands One Direction, Plain White T's and Good Charlotte. The cast is currently filming an episode with Jimmy Fallon, who will play himself. In the upcoming episode titled "iLove Jimmy Fallon," Carly and the gang dedicate a web show to the late-night host with spoofs of his popular skits. Impressed by their parodies, Fallon invites the group to New York to perform in a special live edition of Late Night. And in true iCarly fashion, Gibby suffers a major wardrobe malfunction which means big trouble for the web show's future.
Although the show is coming to an end, many of the cast members will stay in the Nickelodeon family. The network has green-lit a new live-action series from Schneider starring McCurdy and a new pilot starring Munck as part of an overall talent deal with the 16-year-old. The network has also green-lit a pilot from producers Jay Kogen and Aaron Kaplan called Wendell & Vinnie, which stars Trainor as a goofball uncle who becomes the guardian to his conservative 12-year-old genius nephew. As for Cosgrove, she plans to attend USC in the fall.

"I hope iCarly's legacy will be that it's a truly funny TV show that made people of all ages laugh, smile, and feel good," Schneider adds. "To the iCarly fans, I'd say, 'Thank you' a million times, for the love, support and true passion they've shown for iCarly. It's the fans that made iCarly a huge hit, and invited us into their homes on a daily basis, to entertain them. How do you say thank you to millions and millions of people all around the world, for bringing you into their homes every single day? It's amazing. I'd love to take each and every iCarly fan out to dinner and give them a big ol' bear hug!"
After the season concludes in November, iCarly will continue to air on Nickelodeon.
