The villains seem to be insect-and-astronomical objects-based, just like Shinkenger's was aquatic animals-and-mythology/demon-based.

To be honest I'm kind of disappointed with these villains, it just feels like more of the same if you get what i mean, but who knows? They could be pretty awesome.

The villains look pretty sweet. I think it's kind of odd that the main villain is based on a moth, I would've gone with a killer bee, stag beetle, rhinoceros beetle. Not a moth. And the team canon returns! I like team canons that combine weapons, although their arrangement when firing it looks stupid. I understand black and yellow being together because they're the same tribe, land, and are closest to the ground. That makes sense. But then pink and blue next, with red behind it? If they were going by tribe, I would've but red and pink together with blue behind it, OR decided to make two water tribe members. Or even better, put black and blue at the front/closes to the ground, the girls on the next part, and red behind it. That arrangement just looks dumb, IMO.

I love long roll calls! It gives the characters/suit actors more time to show off some skills. If these roll calls are like Geki in terms of length, it'll be awesome. However, I hope they aren't as short as Go-On.

But if the Skyic clan controls thunder and sunlight, I wonder if any extra rangers will be from a different clan that controls space or something? I really was hoping for an extra ranger from a Light-oriented clan.

Anyway, you breathe air, and pink is Skyic, so Breathing makes sense. Likewise Blosoming for yellow - like flowers. Which of course fit the landic element.

Digifiend, I meant more like they are so stereotypical passive and girly in comparison to the catchy ones for the guys... I'm surprised they didnt mention fire in the descriptions. Hyde/Haido's description makes me think more and more that the final member will likely be Ice/Snow as thats the only possible element left as Metal is likely Landic.

I know this is slightly off topic... but if one of the stunt actor's for the girls is male, do they usually do that for both or does it even matter?

I've been trying to figure that one out , I don't think they ever have other than counting Kaoru now in Shinkenger, though its not like she's been there since the beginning. It's normally two men or two women, I'm hoping the clash isnt to obvious , I noticed RPM silver's stunt seemed to be male and well it showed a lot. Weird how it's not to noticeable till the female stunt appears alongside them.

I'm praying for a green female sixth member , and I want Sanae Hitomi back she's awesome, I'm hoping the lack of a female warrior for the water tribe may finally give us our female sixth , after Miu and Kaoru surely Toei might give this a go :D

Epic 1:
Title- Gosei Tenshi, Kourin (Gosei Angels, Advent)
Airs- 2/14/10
Summary-

WarStar's invasion of Earth has begun with the Uchuu Kaijin, Misogu, who has land-mainuplating powers. The army of BiBi soldiers appears in the city, and a great panic begins. The Tensou Sentai Goseiger appear, but, Arata, GoseiRed, seems to have misplaced his Change Card. Looking for it, he meets Amasa, a human, who wants to help him after hearing he's an angel.





Epic 2:
Title- Fantastic . Goseiger
Airs- 2/21/10
Summary-

The fight between the Goseiger and WarStar has begun in full scale. Communications with Gosei World are difficult after the destruction of the Heaven's Tower, but the rangers are able to contact Master Head, who instructs Hyde to lead the Goseiger. The Uchuu Kaijin, UFO no Zaruwakku appears.




Epic 3:
Title- Landikku Power, Bunretsu (Landikku Power, Division)
Airs- 2/28/10
Summary-

The Uchuu Kaijin, Hyousetsu no Yuuzeikusu appears. Mone goes after the monster by herself, and becomes injured. Aguri becomes angry with her.

Tensou Sentai Goseiger:

5 Young Gosei Angels who came to Earth. From the GoseiHeaders and GoseiMachines, they manipulate mysterious powers. It is their mission to protect all lives on Earth.


The Gosei Angels:

Humans who are born with mysterious powers. About 10,000 years ago, they migrated to the GoseiKai (Gosei World), an alternate dimension, to avoid confusion about their powers from normal humans. As for the Gosei Angels powers, there is:

Skyikku Power- the ability to manipulate the wind, thunder, sunlight, etc.

Landikku Power- the ability to manipulate gravity, magnetism, magma, and plant life

Seaikku Power- the ability to manipulate the sea, the rivers, the tides, and the rain

All Angels will gain one of these attributes eventually. There are also three families with these attributes:

Hirameku Skyikku, the Skyikku Family- known as being optimistic

Takeru Landic, the Landic Family- known as being fierce and hot-blooded

Saeru Seaikku, the Seaikku Family- known as being serious and composed

Howevers, characters in the various families differ.


All GoseiAngels are instinctively given the mission "All Lives on Earth are Defended." They have been doing so for a long time, but have not been noticed by regular humans.



Master Head:

Voiced by Sawaki Ikuya

A statue with super intelligence that gives advice, and helps council the society, along with representitives from each of the tribes.




Ten no Tou (The Tower of Heaven):

A tower that stands inverted, with its base in the sky, and the top on the ground. The Gosei Angels use this to travel to and from the Earth, however, the 5 Goseiger become stuck on the planet, because the tower is destroyed.




GoseiRed/Arata:

played by Chiba Yudai

Transforms into the Arashi no Skyikku Power, GoseiRed. He is an apprentice in the Skyikku family who enjoys imagination and nature at "my pace". He is an optimist, as tends to be the case with members of the sky family. However, he has an innate ability to see through to the true essence of things.




GoseiPink/Eri:

played by Sato Rika

Transforms into the Ibuki no Skyikku Power, GoseiPink. An apprentice of the Skyikku Family along with Arata. Another optimist, and the moodmaker of the group, who is always seen to be bright. Excels in assesing situations, and is also a very bold fighter.




GoseiBlack/Aguri:

played by Hamao Kyousuke

Transforms into the Iwao no Landikku Power, GoseiBlack. An apprentice of the Landic Family. A cynic, but also a hardworker. As such, a good fit for the Landic Family. He prides himself on being the strongest fighter out of the five.




GoseiYellow/Mone:

played by Niwa Mikiho

Transforms into the Megumi no Landikku Power, GoseiYellow. Younger sister of Aguri, who is also an apprentice of the Landic Family. She is prone to be reckless, strong-minded, and hotblooded, but is gentle and very obedient to her brother. Can perform powerful combo attacks with GoseiBlack.




GoseiBlue/Hyde:

played by Ono Kento

Transforms into the Dotou no Seaikku Power, GoseiBlue. An apprentice of the Seaikku Family, and the eldest of the 5 Goseiger. He is responsible, always calm, and as such, is the facilitator of the Goseiger. As expected of someone from the Seaikku Family, he is careful, and serious. In fights, he only strikes accurately, leaving out uselessness.




Amasa Nozomu (Temp):

played by Nakamura Sakuya

A boy who meets Arata. Amasa's father (played by Yamada Rui Gojyuusansei)is a amateur scientist and "Angel Doctor". Amasa will work part time/live in his father's laboratory.





GoseiCards and Tensouder:

A system the Angels have invented so one can freely use GoseiPower. GoseiCards are the carved-and-materialized form of GoseiPower, which can only be activated via the Tensouder. When a card is inserted into the Tensouder "Tensou" is heard, and a GoseiPower is awakened. The paranormal powers called forth from the cards are known collectively as "Tensou Jutsu."





GoseiBlaster:

Common arms for all 5 Goseiger. It is possible to attach the GoseiHeaders to the blasters, calling them forth via Tensou Jutsu. With the headers attached, the blasters can fire a more powerful attack that makes best use of each family's attributes.





GoseiHeaders:

Living Beings of GoseiWorld, that help the angels with their duty on Earth. Headers only follow the angels that share their common attributes. Usually, they are asleep on "Header Island" until they are called.




GoseiWeapons:

The Goseigers' personal weapons-

Red- Skyikku Sword
Pink- Skyikku Shot
Black- Landikku Axe
Yellow- Landikku Claw
Blue- Seaikku Bowgun


Red's Skyikku Sword and Pink's Skyikku Shot can combine to form the Sky Buster. Black's Landikku Axe, Yellow's Landikku Claw and Blue's Seaikku Bowgun can combine form the Land Sea Buster.
All 5 weapons can combine to form the GoseiBuster, which performs the finishing move, "Corona Dynamic."




GoseiMachines:

Giant Machine-Bodies utilized by the GoseiHeaders and summoned by the GoseiCards.

GoseiDragon- DragonHeader's machine form, copied from a fighter

GoseiPhoenix- PhoenixHeader's machine form, copied from a gyro plane

GoseiSnake- SnakeHeader's machine form, copied from a bullet train

GoseiTiger- TigerHeader's machine form, copied from a bulldozer

GoseiShark- SharkHeader's machine form, copied from a submarine

The 5 Goseiger can board these machines, and fight giant enemies using them.




GoseiGreat:

A giant robot combined from the 5 GoseiMachines summoned by the cards, using "Tensou Gattai".

Chest Width- 25.5 meters

Finishing Move- Great Strike





Uchuu Gyakumetsu Gundan WarStar:

A violence army corps, who rages through space, commanded by the great king, Mons-Drake. Their purpose is to steal from lives on other planets. Before their invasion of Earth, they realized that the GoseiAngels would be trouble for them, so they took out the Tower of Heaven is a pre-emptive strike.




Daioh Mons-Drake:

Voiced by Iizuka Shozou

The commander of WarStar, with a savage temper and unknown power.




Ryuusei no Dereputa:

Voiced by Koyama Rikiya (aka Joe the Haze from Kamen Rider Black!!)

Executive, and the number 1 strongest fighter of WarStar,(who is also gigantic in size). His arms are the "RyuuseiDan" (Meteor Bullets) which have strong destructive power. GoseiRed blames him for the fall of the Heaven Tower.




Suisei no Buredoran:

Voiced by Tobita Nobuo

The cruel executive, and strategist of WarStar. Extremely cruel, and someone who hides his true feelings. Can fire the poisonous "BiBi insects" when a Uchuu Kaijin (Space Mystery Man) has been defeated to cause them to grow, via the poison.




Uchuu Bosen Indebudar:

Mothership that is the WarStar's hideout.




Machuuhei BiBi:

Combatants of the WarStar which are given life from dolls. There are many of them.

GoseiPink looks very Purple in comparison to ShinkenPink who has a Pinkish city as a backdrop for some reason

I was thinking about the Dice O team and thought about them in relation to Goseiger. They seemed random at first but I thought about them this way:

I was just looking at the MMPR banner and thought that if you didn't look at them too closely they sort of resemble to GoseiRanger's totem animals/ headers

Yellow: Tiger=>Tiger
Pink: Pterodactyl=>Phoenix
Red: TRex=>Dragon
Blue: Triceratops=>Vaguely resembles a Shark
Black: Mastodon/Mammoth=>The tusks kind of resemble fangs, and the trunk could be a "tongue" haha

Actually, they do get Ptera and Tyranno add-ons later in the series, so, there is an MMPR similiarity - but any likeness to the first season is entirely coincidental, unlike any allusions to the second season, since there does seem to be a few Dairanger shout outs (Red having a dragon mecha despite ShinkenBlue also having one, Gosei Great's head being similar to Ryuuseioh's, the ranger suit designs).

More information about Gosei Knight:


First the description:

GoseiKnight is said to be a white/silver color. Design wise, he is something like a cross between Wolzard and GaoSilver.




Rumored New Toys (please take with grain of salt):


RaiDen Gattai DX GoseiDaiOh
-comes with 3 GoseiHeaders and 1 GoseiCard. Has 5 Header joints.




DX RaiDenTou RaikouDenzer
-Red's new arms. Header is set in the tip of the sword, activates lights and sound. 1 GoseiCard included. Can be used with GoseiDaiOh.



These two toys rumored need to be taken with a grain of salt, as they were not listed with the GoseiKnight stuff, and so I am suspicious of them. To be fair, we know that another toy, GoseiMic, is coming out soon, or should be, and it was also not with the GoseiKnight stuff. More info as it comes.

An Ostrich???? This is starting to get too whacky even for me... As much as I disliked Ebi and Ika at least they fit with the motif of the individual senshi as well as the mecha of the others... This is like Go-Onger level whacky to me

MysticRunner is very interesting. I like that the Egg splits into 2 headers. GoseiKnight is badass, but what's got me really excited is the fine print:

Header Ni Henshin- as in, GoseiKnight transforms into his own header for his GoseiMachine!


I'm really liking the fact that the LeonCellular doesn't just act as a phone, but becomes a glove, and then can combine with the Razor.

Stuff about the super gattai between Gosei Great and Datas Hyper:


While we don't have pics of it yet, here is some info on the super gattai between GoseiGreat and DatasHyper:


-HyperGoseiGreat head is formed by DatasHyper's chest plate. It has goggles

-DatasHyper combines with GoseiGreat by standing on its head, its feet mounted shoulder-cannon style over Great's shoulders.

-GoseiGreat's wings are turned fowards so they are facing out alongside the chest. The 5 Goseiger's headers (with Dragon staying where it is) are placed here

-MantaHeader and TakaHeader attach as knees

-NokogiriHeader and StagHeader attach as hands

-TyrannoHeader and SaiHeader attach as feet

-PteraHeader, CrowHeader, HammerHeader and HyperHeader all atach behind GoseiGreat's shoulder, onto DatasHyper's legs/feet

GoseiKnight looks just plain awesome! Can't wait for some bigger pics of him. But becoming his own header for his mecha? Ew. There's too much of the "heroes transforming into stuff" now. First Accel, now GoseiKnight. And an Ostrch?!? What in the world? I mean, kudos to Toei for using a different animal, but an ostrich? What?
And those new scans look soo cool! Just a week left!

I think the ostrich would have been better if it was one of the core mecha ... or NOT GREEN!... or at least if the suit were more similar to the core as opposed to something cooler looking/ more elaborate... but a knight riding an ostrich is like Carranger whacky for me.... I hate saying this but... a (partially) pink ostrich would have looked much better....

Ok first of all Goseiknight reeks of Kamen rider, and that Ostrich mecha is just plain weird, but i usually adapt to them quite easily.

"Reeking of Kamen Rider" isn't a bad thing at all. I'm sure people would've said the same thing about VRV Master, Demon Hunter, and MagiShine. They're different for sentai, but always turn out to work brilliantly.

The ostrich mecha, I believe, is going to be just a small mecha like Ika for Genta.
