Background: Eridan was born on Eltar to Zordon and his wife Arika Jakari. But her grandfather Garrick Jakari, the third ruler of Eltar, considered Zordon a commoner and disowned Eridan's mother. When Rita threatened Eltar, it was Eridan who created the Space powers and assembled a team. Six months later, during one of Rita's attempts, Eridan took a devastating blow meant for her father and was critically injured. She was then placed in cryogenic sleep aboard the Cosmo Megaship and launched into space with the rest of her team. Shortly after, the Cosmo Megaship somehow entered a timehole and was sent forward in time. It crashlanded on KO-35 and was discovered by Andros. The rest of the original Space team elected to stay and help Andros's people. The Astro morphers, with the exception of Eridan's, were given to Andros who secured them onboard the newly created Astro Megaship.

Background 2: Eridan has settled permanently on Earth along with her beloved husband TJ, the former Red Turbo Ranger II and former Blue Space Ranger II but keeps in communication with Eltar which their oldest son now rules.

History: An experienced SPD officer, Bianca was born on Earth in Canada. Shortly after her graduation, she was assigned to defend the planet Leslie. On learning of the threat faced by the people of Earth, Bianca asked to be transferred there. Her application was approved. Bianca has the ability to stop time, of which she preferred to use only in extreme circumstances. In her off-duty time, Bianca loves singing and playing her guitar.

Personality: Being the single parent of two rambunctious 11 year-old twin boys whom she named Weston and Prescott, Ginger has struggled ever since their birth to nurture them. Seeing them happy and secure is what gives her the strength to keep fighting day in and day out. They are her driving force in the game of life.

History: Ginger is no slouch when it came to her studies in high school. She regularly gets As and Bs. And dates the high school jock by the name of Johnson Elliot. One night while out on a drive, Ginger is raped by a drunk Johnson. She discovers she is pregnant three months later. When Ginger confronts Johnson, he disavows any involvement and advises Ginger to abort. Ginger is devastated by the news of his betrayal but vows to keep the baby. Six months later, Ginger gives birth to Weston and Prescott. Forced to leave high school, Ginger enrolls in a night course while working full-time as a sales clerk.

With the memory of Johnson's betrayal fresh in her mind, Ginger never dated again. Her twin boys are all her reason to keep living and she was determined to have her sons lead as normal a life. Ginger joined Lightspeed as a techical assistant to Mrs. Rawlings, discovering she had a knack for working with machines and computers. When Mrs. Rawlings left, Ginger was given her position. Ten months later, Ginger was reassigned to Project Lightning Sting as its new technical advisor.

She is not daunted by Commander Storm's rudeness as she considers him nothing more than someone whose bark is worse than its bite. After returning to Lightspeed Rescue, Ginger was given her old job back as head technical advisor. However Ginger yearned to experience the role of a Ranger, after her short stint with Lightning Storm. Additionally Commander Storm kept haunting her dreams.

Eight months later, Ginger inadvertently eavesdropped on a conversation between Captain Ryan Mitchell and the head of SPD Earth branch. Hearing the name Commander Storm and the words "imminent Troobian invasion" and "secret Ranger project", she burst into the office and requested to be re-assigned to that secret project.

After given permission by Ryan Mitchell, Ginger packed her bags leaving her twin boys in the care of a trusted friend and left for SPD.

Personality: Playful and serious at the same time, Angelixia exudes a kind of charm that makes everyone she meets fall in love with her. She enjoys singing and charming the animals of the forest. But if you dare call her Angel, be prepared to cover your ears for she will screech at the top of her voice.

History:
Born into a distant branch of the royal family of Eltar, Lixia was allowed to run wild. But at the tender age of ten, she was taken from her parents by the family patriarch who deemed them inappropriate and raised with her older by twenty years cousin Erda Jasmier. Lixia was schooled in daily lessons of etiquette. When Lixia turned 15, she was reunited with her family. And learned that she has a baby sister named Sarielle.

Ten years later, Lixia was approached by a very young girl named Eridan Jakari who asked her to assume the power of the Pink Ranger. Lixia learned that Eridan Jakari is the daughter of Zordon.

Personality: A no-nonsense tough young woman, Violet would not stand having people criticise her decisions, nor tolerate slackers. In her off-time, Violet loves dancing.
History: Born into an unusual family, Violet has always found the idea of going into the navy and following in her mother's footsteps to be fascinating. Her father was an ordinary businessman, while her mother served in the United States Navy as a lieutenant. Violet was the only child born to Jenalyn Gordon and Matthew Ramsay. While her mother was often away on duty tours halfway across the world. Violet would spend her days playing with toy tanks and soldiers, rather than the usual girl dolls like Barbie.

When she turned seventeen, Violet sent in her application form and was accepted into the Navy. Within four years she was promoted to Lieutenant junior grade and given command of her own squadron. When the undead creatures began their assault, Violet was out at sea on a training mission. She watched in horror as they easily trashed the ship carrier. The sight of the dead mutilated bodies of her colleagues forced Violet to flee for her life. She landed the Navy fighter jet on the street where her father had his business, only to witness the same scene.

One day, Violet bumped into Dianna and Gracelyn Wallace, while on the run. She looked on Dianna as a surrogate mother. When Dianna heard Violet's story, she decided to make Violet the Pink Defender Ranger, realizing that Violet's training as a Navy officer could come in handy.

Personality: Being born a Leo, JC tends to exude stubbornness. At times fiercely outspoken. He views Nick as a rival.
History: Oldest son of Thomas Oliver and Alyssa Enrile, JC was born in Reefside. He grew up happy and contented. Five years later, Alyssa gave birth to twins Katherine Taylor and Adam Merrick Oliver. JC adored his younger sister and brother and looked out for them. On his seventeen birthday JC moved to Silver Hills and joined the Silver Guardians. Working his way up through the ranks of the Silver Guardians, JC leads them as second-in-command after Eric Myers.

One day, as he was called into Eric's office, JC received news that he hadn't been expecting. He was being reassigned from the Silver Guardians to the SPD Academy. Furious, JC demanded to know why. Eric told him that it was done as a favor to the Commander of SPD, Sky Tate. Shortly after, JC leaves for New Tech City and the SPD HQ.

Upon learning that Nick Myers would lead B-Squad as it's leader, JC immediately clashed with him.

Personality: A guy with a tough exterior, RJ rarely shows his inner feelings. Because of this, he is often viewed as arrogant, cold or aloof and it suits her fine. He is also gay.

History:

Ryder was born Erin Rachel Walsh on August 13 to Angel and Trudy Walsh. Her father was a drug dealer and an alcoholic while her mother worked as a prostitue. It was not a love match. Instead there were shouting matches as well as daily physical abuses. Far too often, the neighbours had to call the police who came to the rundown shack the Walshes called home. When Erin turned four, Angel left home for good. He had his suspicions that Erin and her older brother Hayden weren't really his children. Shortly after her father's departure, a steady line of male visitors came to the house.

When Erin turned twelve, her life changed forever. She was raped by one of her mother's customers and almost left for dead. Luckily a passing doctor saw what happened, took pity and removed her from her family. Now eighteen and having changed her physical appearance from a female into a male, RJ rode into Gotham City on his motorbike, which he received as a high school graduation gift from that same doctor who saved his life.

Personality: Airas is not a typical teenager. Her friends describe her as sometimes not acting her age, with a kind of maturity mostly found in older people. She can be absentminded at times, unaware of her surroundings or whoever she was speaking to.

Airas had no memory of her childhood. She only knew that the woman who found her when Airas was thirteen, found a note stuck into her clothes stating that her name was Airas.

When she turned fifteen, Airas discovered that she had a beautiful singing voice. She joined the church choir and soon the church was filled with people wanting to listen to her voice. Whenever Airas found life too hectic, she retreated to her favourite hiding spot, deep within the forest surrounding her foster mother's ranch home.

History:

With no memory of the first thirteen years of her life, Airas was adopted by Patrice, the woman who found her, and Patrice's sister Angie. When Airas turned fourteen, she moved into town at the request of Mikayla, Patrice's cousin. Airas began attending Crystal Cove High. At first she found it difficult to make friends, being as she was a newcomer but Airas persevered.

As Airas began her second year at Crystal Cove High, she discovered an unusual ability and strange dreams at night. Airas had an innate power to make plants and flowers grow without putting in any effort. Soon she was being pestered to join the Gardening Club.

Airas also began dreaming strange dreams. In them she witnessed herself talking to an unknown young boy, calling him Linc at times, feeling totally at ease with him like they had grown up together. Airas began searching for the face of the unfamiliar boy, hoping to encounter him but she never did.

Unlike her quickwitted and clever twin brother, Kyla is sharptongued and agile. She cares less about her appearance, often tossing on the first clean clothes she could find. Kyla eventually learned to take pride in her appearance. She would spend half an hour in front of the bathroom in her small apartment.

History:

Growing up, Kyla was always compared to her older by five minutes brother Kyle. She watched in amusement as Kyle began his "playing" ways on the opposite gender in the fifth grade. When Venjix attacked the first time, Kyla lost sight of her parents and older brother in the confusion. Terrified and alone, Kyla was found and taken to safety into Corinth by an old man, Claude Weston. Under his guidance, Kyla continued working on cars, perfecting her mechanic training. She hoped one day to find Kyle again.

Shortly after Venjix's first defeat, Kyla completely changed her appearance. She now sported long hair. Kyla also opened a small car repair shop with money lent from her rescuer. When Venjix launched his latest attack, Kyla had enough. She vowed to fight back with everything she had.

Personality: Typically a loner, Prescott is sometimes viewed as distant. But since the injury to his twin brother, Prescott has learned to be more careful of what he says, for fear of offending other people. Spending so much time with his brother, Prescott often lets his tension explode in his acting. Prescott tinkers with computers when he isn't immersed in his acting.

History: Born to an unwed teenage mother, Ginger Calloway, on December 1, 1991 in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, along with his twin brother Weston James Calloway, Prescott was the younger of the two to come screaming into the world. When Ginger attended Blancmont High School in Montreal, she was one of the best cheerleaders and also dated the school's football star, Johnson Elliot. However, several months into their relationship, while on a drive with Johnson, Ginger was raped by him. Three months later, Ginger learned that she is pregnant and confronted Johnson about the ****. Johnson of course denied the act and advised Ginger to have an abortion. Devastated by his uncaring attitude, Ginger left Montreal and hitchhiked all the way to California. Once there, she took on menial jobs and staying with a distant relative. Six months later the twins were born. Ginger named them for her father and grandfather but instead of giving them their father's surname, she gave her own.

From the moment he could walk, Prescott began getting into his mother's clothes, pretending he was a queen or king or soldier. His mother indulgently allowed his fantasies, believing Prescott would outgrow them. But he continued his acts. All through his elementary school years, Prescott was often a main part of the plays his class puts out. It helped that his voice was instrumental in getting Prescott involved. As time passed, Prescott continued his performances in the local youth theatre.

In high school, Prescott began taking drama classes to improve his techniques. His high school teacher, a Ned Isaacs, recognized that Prescott has a true talent. He often performed in the school plays, delighting the audience and receiving countless accolades. But he also excelled academically. Preston also began taking lessons in Kendo, on a suggestion by his mother. When he turned sixteen, Preston soon started going out with one of his fellow student actors, Lily Alexander.

In his final year of high school, Prescott began making plans to attend university, then find work in Hollywood. But his dreams were dashed when a tragedy happened. During one of the school football games, Weston was struck hard by an opposing player, thrown several feet from the impact and lapsed into unconsciousness. Upon learning of the accident, Prescott and his mother rushed to the hospital. There they were given the horrifying news that Weston had injured his spine in addition to several ribs fractures and would probably never walk again. With their mother constantly at work, Prescott was forced to be the companion to his disabled brother during the day. However, Weston didn't want his brother to be his caregiver all his life and had to push Prescott to get out of the house on occasion. Prescott soon resumed his relationship with Lily. As soon as he graduated from college, he planned to propose to her.

Shortly before Venjix began his second round of attacks, Prescott moved out on his own to Corinth City after being rejected by Lily's father. Prescott found work at Kyla Fox's car repair shop.

Personality: Silent but very observant, Eddie can sometimes come across as cold and arrogant. But he is neither. Eddie is a clown, he loves making people laugh.

History:
Born to Leonas and Muriel Ruskin, Eddie came out screaming into the world, with an unusual birthmark of a dragon starting from his left shoulder and ending just above his left wrist. When he reached 10 years of age, Eddie began hearing the cries of the dragons of Sector Silver. He also began training in the ways of the warrior.

When he turned 18, Eddie had already established himself as the greatest warrior in Sector Silver. His prowess reached the ears of Commander Keronas, who approached Eddie with an offer of the Silver Dragon Shift Card.

Personality:
Her sweet looks hides a very playful side. She is extremely talented in martial arts and is a Fierce Beast Cheetah-Fist master, like her cousin Ran Uzaki.
History:
Hoshi was born in Japan, to Saki Sugimoto and Shigeo Uzaki. As the youngest child, Hoshi was allowed to choose her own destiny. At twelve, she enrolled in SCRTC and within a year became an assistant to Ran.

At fifteen Hoshi moved to first Ocean Bluff in America, with her parents' consent. She befriended Casey and his friends. Six months later Hoshi moved to Angel Grove where she joined Adam's dojo and within three months began teaching classes.

At nineteen Hoshi helped Adam fend off Thrax's assault. Adam told her of Thrax's true purpose and Hoshi decided to help her friend as the new Beast Rush Yellow Ranger.

History:

Nate graduated from high school and married her high school sweetheart Webster "Webber" Marshall. When King Magnus attacked the city, Nate protected two young kids from falling rubble. Her action was witnessed by Aerrow and Nate was chosen as the White Avian Ranger.

History: Kate and her sister Nate were born in Stone Canyon. When they turned five, their parents moved to Angel Grove. After high school, Kate traveled the world as a freelance pilot. While stopping in Australia, Kate stopped the attack of two of King Magnus's minions who were harassing an elderly lady. Later she was visited by Aerrow and offered the powers of the Pink Avian Wing Ranger.

Personality:
Once terribly reckless and daring following the tragedy in her life, Nevada is much more focused since joining SPD and becoming part of Generation Red. In battle Nevada doesn't let her emotions get the better of her. She prefers to assess the enemy first in order to unlock its weakness.

History:
To know Nevada's background is to first go back in time to that of her maternal grandparents Karone and Michael Corbett. A year after saving Mirinoi as well as the colonists of Terra Venture, Karone yearned to see her brother Andros. She, and Michael Corbett who volunteered to accompany her, left Mirinoi behind in a borrowed space shuttle. But just as they passed Earth, their shuttle experienced technical difficulties and they were forced to divert to that planet. With no way of leaving Earth again, Karone and Michael took their relationship to the next level and they married in a quiet ceremony, eventually having two girls Amelia and Linsey Corbett. I say boo to Astronema/Zhane and Karone/Leo shippers.

Karone and Michael settled down in Ocean Bluff to raise their family. When she turned nineteen, the oldest girl Amelia Corbett caught Edward Thorne's interest and they soon fell in love and wedded, eventually having three children, a son Dakota and daughters Nevada and Montana. When it came time to pass on the knowledge of the Pai Zhuq, the only one who showed any interest happened to be Nevada. By the age of twelve, she had taken the teachings of her grandfather Casey and expanded upon it. By the age of sixteen, she had fully mastered control over her animal spirit. Nevada graduated from Ocean Bluff High and took over training new cadets at the Pai Zhuq Academy.

Unbeknownst to Nevada and her family, trouble was brewing behind the scenes. Dai Shi, once thought defeated, had somehow survived the final battle. He learned of Karone's former evil past and took control of her. While possessed by Dai Shi's evil spirit, Karone went into a murderous rage and killed first Casey and his wife, then Michael and their children and Nevada's brother and sister. Nevada was the sole survivor. Confronting her grandmother, Nevada fought a viciously long battle to try to break Dai Shi's control over Karone and finally succeeded. In her unrelenting grief and horror, Karone committed suicide but not before bequeathing an old locket to Nevada.

Years passed since that tragic day. Devastated at losing her entire family, Nevada sought solace by climbing the most dangerous mountains in the world. However she received a visit from a strange talking dog out of the blue. Commander Cruger told Nevada that he had secretly witnessed the battle between herself and the possessed Karone. He told Nevada about the potential threat from Master Vile and offered her a chance to carry on the legacy of her grandfather Casey.

Other: Nevada is the first in her family to exhibit signs of Kerovian telekinesis, aside from her grandmother Karone. None of her siblings, nor her mother or aunt, inherited this trait. She is also unaware of having any other relatives.

Personality: When you look at Cole, you may think he's tough and muscled. On the contrary, Cole is gentle-natured like his mother Alyssa and it shows in his behaviour and body language. Which is why his apartment is filled with several cats. He also enjoys reading, something he rarely has time to do.

History: Cole was conceived in Seattle, Washington, the result of a one-night stand between Thomas Oliver and Alyssa Enrile. At the time of their meeting, both Tommy and Alyssa didn't know about each other's pasts as Power Rangers. After giving birth to a baby boy secretly, Alyssa asked her former friends Danny Delgado and Max Cooper to raise the infant. She named her son Cole, after the red leader of her team, and Thomas for his true father. They agreed and took Cole with them after Alyssa returned to Turtle Cove. Cole grew up happy and contented believing Danny to be his biological father.

But it wasn't until his seventeen birthday when Cole realized something was not right. He frequently walked by Danny's bedroom and couldn't help overhearing Danny's late-night conversations with Max. When he demanded to know the truth, Danny finally told him about his mother and her background as the White Tiger Wild Force Ranger. Cole took the news in stride. But the next morning he packed his bags and left first for Turtle Cove, with Danny and Max looking on sadly. Their parting gift was to entrust Cole with his mother's address in Turtle Cove.

Arriving at Alyssa's home, it was Alyssa herself who opened the door and instantly recognized Cole. She told him that the only thing she knew about Cole's father was the name "Thomas Oliver" and that they met at a teacher's conference in Seattle. Cole soon left Turtle Cove armed with new information provided by his mother's husband Cole Evans. He traveled to Angel Grove where his father supposedly resided. But it was soon after his arrival in Angel Grove that Venjix attacked the city.

Personality: Quiet, sweetnatured, caring. None of those words describe Dia's true attitude towards life. She is extremely bossy and sharp-tongued. Dia has trained all her life in martial arts that dealt with the dragon as a focus. As a result of her hard work, she has grown into a strong person.

History: Nobody knows where Dia came from, or who her parents were. She was found at the doorstep at a Catholic Mexican orphanage just outside Mexico City. When she was six, Dia was enrolled in martial arts as a way to release her anger and frustration. At first Dia was dis-interested but gradually became a believer. The other kids constantly ridiculed her, saying that her parents were vampires or even worse, murderers.

When she was around eight, Dia became lost in the bustle and chaos of Mexico City while on a shopping trip. Frightened and alone, she was found by Reptilia who had ventured above-ground on one of her trips. Surprised by Adriana who showed no hesitation at her appearance, Reptilia briefly regained her good side and stayed by Dia's side until just before the nuns found Dia.

When Dia turned 17, she began wanting more for herself. So the nuns advised her to immigrate to America. Dia took their advice and left Mexico for good. Six months after hitching rides across America, Dia finally landed in Stone Rapids where her life would change dramatically.

Personality: Once a good human named Maria Lopez, Reptilia was placed under a very powerful evil spell by Regnok's spellcaster Mortoliam and given dinosaur dna that changed her appearance into what you see today.

History: Growing up in Mexico City, Maria was the only child to Serena DeSousa and Padro Lopez. When Maria reached the age of eighteen, Maria became famous for her beautiful dancing. It was during one of her performances that attracted the attention of a distant cousin, the son of the local mayor, Sebastiano Lopez. They fell in love and moved in together. Ten months later Maria gave birth to Adriana. But fourteen months after Dia's birth, Mortoliam, who had ventured above-ground and had heard about Maria, kidnapped her and took her with him to Regnok. Maria's lover Sebastiano gave chase but lost his life in the rescue attempt.

Years passed. As Reptilia, Maria made a name as one of Regnok's most terrifying generals. On occasion, she would venture above-ground to spy on the unsuspecting humans.

History: The cousin of Leo Corbett on his mother's side, Rafe was devastated initially when Leo and Mike both left Earth on the space colony Terra Venture. He got over it and finished his high school.

When Leo Corbett returned to Earth, Rafe was surprised. He helped Leo fight off Kaine and during the battle, when the Blue Quasar Saber started glowing, was given its powers.
