Personality: A confident teen who just moved from Hong Kong to further his studies in Triassitore Town. However, behind the attitude, he the most intelligent teen that you can find. Calm as the water, Jien handles matter intelligently and maturely (for his age) without panicking. Just like the water, Jien is unpredictable. He is able to take down bullies without breaking a sweat as he learned kung fu when he was a kid. Most of the time, he does what teens do, surfing the net, blogging, chatting and getting to know his teammates.

Jien took on leadership in the beginning, before the arrival of the Red Ranger. He was confident though at his young age. A respects his teammates and listen to them. His teammates respected him in return though he is younger than most of them.

Background: Rich son of a Korean tycoon. Riley got involved with Lightspeed through his father which is a good friend of Capt Mitchell and the adopted brother of Chad. As a child, Riley got everything he ever wanted and need, the best schools, best clothes and even best toys. When he was young, his family moved to Mariner Bay. His mother died when he was 10 and he was raised up mainly by his butler because his father is always busy at work and his best friend is his butler's son, Jai which also moved with the family from Korea.

Bio: Daiki had always been a smart child. Since young, Daiki always aced in his studies and are well pleased by the teachers. He had a great life in Tokyo and his family seemed to be the best thing that ever happened to him. He even had the most popular girl in school, Kumiko as his girlfriend. But things took a downfall when Venjix started to attack the Japanese Computing Network, their very first target as it was so full of technology.

Daiki and his family were forced to retreat and run to where they would be safe, the dome city of Corinth. Life seemed to take the downturn as Venjix caught up with their escape. Without mercy, the Grinders murdered Kumiko, leaving Daiki devastated. As they were running, Daiki's mother fell down and unfortunately, the Grinders caught up to her and killed her as well. Daiki's father, in an effort to save Daiki's mother lost his life as well. Daiki, knowing that one day, he will avenge his family and his beloved Kumiko ran to the city of Corinth and he managed to reach there on time.

As Daiki was only 15 back then, he was enrolled into a new school. Daiki, being the very few Asians there felt like an outcast and even his hit-on grades did not give him any confidence. Soon after graduation, Daiki joined the Air Force in hoping that one day, he will avenge his parents and Kumiko.
Daiki's life turned better there as he met with other Air Force units that are kind hearted and did not look down upon him. Slowly, Daiki regained his confidence to move on. The commander noticed Daiki's skills on piloting and even in technical difficulties. Daiki was then recommended by his superior to join the new team of Power Rangers as the RPM Navy Ranger, mastering in Aerial Assaults with his new trusty partner, the Falcon Jet.

What made Destinies 9 Choose you to be part of the secret team: Initially, Hibiki was chosen to be part of the secret team as the Blue Ranger because his father funded 70% of the ranger upgrade project. However, Hibiki proved himself worth being chosen to be a ranger when he demonstrated outstanding accuracy and wide knowledge in various fields. Hibiki is what people can call a child prodigy due to his excellent ability when it comes to reasoning.

Personality: Hibiki, who though is very smart, is still a teenager at heart. He likes to play around yet knows when he needs to be serious. Being the youngest in the team, he often looks up to his team mates. Hibiki is not all that weak but strength is definitely not his expertise compared to the other guys. However, what he lacks in strength, he made up in techniques and brain power. Hibiki often twirls his stray bangs and chuckles to hide the fact that he is indeed a very smart young boy. His greatest fear is that people will befriend him only because he is smart and not for him and when the time arrives, his so-called friends will abandon him. Hibiki strives to be acknowledge and liked by many.

History: Hibiki is born and grew up in Ishikawa, a small town in Japan. Several years later, when Venjix is on the rise, his family moved to Corinth in fear of their lives. In Corinth, Hibiki's father started a business and soon enough, became a very rich man who soon invests in military weaponry and soon became part of the ranger program.

At first, Hibiki doubted himself when he was selected to join the ranger program. He kind off guessed that his father must have pulled some strings. So, Hibiki tried his best to prove that he deserves to be the next blue ranger. He knows that he lacks strength but his brains are his main weapons. Having already attended and sitting for his phD in his early teens, Hibiki knows that no one around his age can beat him when it comes to brain power. His closest match was Dr.K and Rose Ortiz whom he was under in university. However, he lost contact with his teacher who was a ranger herself in the past.

After the training was over, Hibiki went back to school to continue studying more. Then one day, he was called for duty as he learns of Tenaya 7's revival. That time, although he was sure he had training, his emotions are mixed as he still had some self doubt and putting the training for real doesn't sound easy. For him, sitting for his examinations are far easier that what he might face. But Hibiki took on the challenge and his confidence grew since then.

One day, after coming home, he noticed that his mother was missing and he found only a note. The note stated that if he ever wanted to see his mother again, he will have to work with them, using his knowledge and intelligence to hack into government information. Ryan has never intended to be in the life of crime but life gave him no choice.

As time passed, his hacking skills developed ten fold. He could crack top secret government documents in a matter of minutes. Soon, he learned that the underground cartel that he was working for already killed his mother. Devastated yet calm, he plotted to put all of them behind bars using his skills. Before he was discovered, Ryan worked alone and finally put all the members of the cartel behind bars. Since then, Ryan had been running away from the government and hasd use all his hacking skills to confuse the coordiantes and the team that was set up to take him down but they had failed to catch him till date.
