View Full Version : Kamen Rider Kabuto.

so, what are everyne thoughts on this series, it is the first Kamen Rider i have ever watched, and i like it, Souji Tendou is cool and all, the worms are surely interesting villains.
i am on episode 20. and after i finish it i may start watching Kamen Rider Kiva.

It's still my second favorite Rider series, next to Faiz. Loved it so much and was surprised to find there were a lot of people who disliked it.

i imagine that everyone favorite is Den-o, at least that is what i got from reading the comments.

Actually, my favorite is Agito, though Den-O was my first KR series.
As for this, I enjoyed it. Tendou was cool and the Worms were very unique villains. Plus, it has some of the best Rider suit designs ever.

Haha, that's not true. Some people probably started with Den-O and then measure the others by Den-O, which is a shame.
Kabuto is probably my favorite series. Everything about it is wonderful, the characters, stories, designs, etc. The lead is one of the best in the Hesei series, definitely the best in the second half. If you end up liking Kabuto after you've finished it, I'd recommend Faiz/555. The leads are similar in the sense that they are 100% sure of themselves as riders.

Kabuto is awesome. It's a traditional style Kamen Rider, no stupid gimmicks or Rider themes, just awesomeness

Kabuto is probably my favorite series. It really is. Especially since it's between two of my least favorite series to date, Hibiki and Den-O. it just really stands out as a great series. And it's good that the most "gimmicky" it gets are the zecters voices.

Yea, he is the man who walks the path of heaven. In the movie, his arrogance really comes out in the first battle Kabuto enters.

how gimmicky does it get? i saw KR W opening and correct me if i am wrong, but does 2 people form 1 kamen rider?
i dont even whannt to think if there is one worse than that. at least in idea.

Not inserting cards, or other form changing items like other riders do of-late. Just stick with Kabuto, and if you like it so far, you won't be disappointed.

Most of it comes from people claiming that there are too many plotholes. Decade however get it worst for every nitpicking detail.

o inderstood that part, i am loving kabuto and will stick to it to the end. i was asking how gimmicky the kamen rider series could get as a whole, part of what interested me in Kabuto was the fact that people said that it was traditional and not full of stupid or useless Gimmicks. (and i like bettles)
