my likes go the opposite way from most.

This thing, you must stop it, people get the wrong picture out of it. Why you have to pointed out like you are special? I also like Mystic Force, this doesn't mean I have opposite likes. Nobody likes something here because the fandom does. Everyone had its own view. I accept yours about Wildforce. Accept mine and we go on. I don't hate WF, just don't like some things. About Timeforce it doesn't bother me that they copied timeranger. I love timeranger and timeforce.

The fact you continue to brag and take pride in the fact your tastes are different than others proves that pretty much everything you say or do is designed to make yourself stand out from a crowd. I don't doubt you sincerely like Wild Force. I DO believe you think it makes you special. This whole thread was supposed to be "give me good reasons people might dislike the season" and then rather than ENGAGE PEOPLE IN A DIALOGUE about flaws they saw in it vs. strengths you saw you just... continue to rant about how you're different and act as though that makes you wonderful. There's no conversation going on here. People try to talk to you and you talk back at them. Your theory of mind is incredibly minimal: you don't CARE why anyone thinks differently than you, and as such it makes the rest of us feel like we're talking to a damn wall. You don't really want anyone's opinion about anything because you have no desire to talk with them, or try and imagine, why they feel differently than you do. You just see it as positive reinforcement towards your own self-image.

Funny thing is, Wild Force isn't so different to the first season of MMPR1 in hindsight. Both follow very similar formats, cheesy and corny as hell, lackluster story implies complete catering to the demographic of children, highly comparable 6th ranger format, one dimensional characters. In fact, in many respects, Wild Force is actually MILES better than MMPR1, in so many ways.

Yet Wildforce is often dismissed for being ******ed, and MMPR1 is praised for being badass.

Personally, I honestly think that if Wild Force was the first season, and MMPR was the last to be produced by Saban employees in the States (unless Samurai moved back to USA for filming?), feedback would be significantly different.

Then again, I could be wrong. I mean dinosaurs, kids love dinosaurs more than just basic wild animals.

We can tell Saban use really well the Show up of the Jurassic Park, because when PR starts there is the fever of the Dinossaurs with Jurassic Park,Land befre Time help really much the Power Rangers.

1990 storytelling style and expectations differ greatly from 2002 storytelling expectations.

How so? The demographic of Power Rangers has always been the same, the 1990 audience grown up in 2002 just look at it differently than they did in 1990.

Over the course of the past few weeks, I've been re-watching Power Rangers Wild Force. Now, I am more sure than ever that this is my favorite season of the show. It had it's slight problems, but nonetheless, it was a great season. The action was superb, the emotion was amazing, the humor was there when needed, and properly balanced, the dedication of the team and the Wild Zords was unmatched. Never give Up! Next up Mystic Force.

I really liked much of WF and something it i really much and really lovely in WF is the fact of the Rangers have deep connections with Wild Zords something sounds really awesome in WF, when Zen-Aku almost destroyed the thme with the Predazord the Wildzords comes and savem them from Zen-Aku destroyed them and in the Moment when MasterOrg destroyed all Zords in front of there eyes the connection between them and the zords results really well in WF

The difference being aside from Mighty Morpin season 1 having better aesthetic (costumes, zords, weapons, monster costumes all that) they had more enjoyable if non-developed villains the Wild Force villains bore me at least Rita and co were fun to watch and likable if one dimensional protagonist, I can't stand any of the Wild Force cast with the possible exception of Taylor, I like the Mighty Morphin cast at least in their good-natureness. And while Mighty Morphin did have cliche morals to teach to kids it wasn't just one heavy handed green aesop that it got to the point that it felt like it was saying at times humans are stupid and suck for letting the earth be polluted. Mighty Morprhin's morals were like we could make the world a better place if we work together (and it wasn't always environmental) but it never felt insulting the way Wild Force did especially when Kite showed up.

Well now if you want to bring kids into this kids like Samurai. Kids didn't think Time Force was any better or worse than Lightspeed.

I am not bragging about anything, nor do I think I am special just because I like something this way. That's just how it's coming out. If you look throughout this thread, I HAVE given my reasons for liking this season and the others that I have listed, because in a few of the cases they are one in the same. I have talked with you guys on this subject. I'm just really surprised by some of the answers. You guys have given your reasons for not liking the season. I was satisfied, shocked, but satisfied. I don't understand what the missing piece is, I know there are flaws in every season of this show, but why is it a big deal that I don't point them out like you guys? Yes I went to high school, yes I had to do assignments that I had to be abstract on. believe it or not English was my best subject in high school. Yes I had to be a critic on my classmates essays and whatnot, and cherry pick the goods and the bad from each story that we read. I DO bring that into my consideration of the things I like, it's part of why I like the seasons I do, the games I do and don't like, movies. You all have given valid reasons for the subject of this thread, BUT, my intentions when I made this, was NOT to get a second opinion on whether I should like a certain season or not. I made it simply to make conversation.

But there is no conversation happening. There's no back and forth. That's the whole point. Nobody is communicating anything. Your ideas are fixed and inflexible.

Christ, dude. I LIKE Wild Force. I just think your kind of fanboyism is... Weird.
