Just get some old cloths,and if you know how to sew,it should be easy. The most difficult part to make is the helmet of course,but making weapons,and props and such should be easy,imo atleast. Have you checked out this dude on Rangerboard? He made his own GoukaiBlue costume,and other such costumes,his work is amazing. http://www.rangerboard.com/showthread.php?t=146446&page=5
