It's an alias used by Haim Saban:
In 1978 and 1982, Saban used the pseudonym Kussa for music/lyrics writing credits on four records for which he also served as producer using his real name.[8][9] Since then, he has frequently used the name Kussa Mahchi for his composing credits on Saban Entertainment productions,[10][11] including the Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers: The Movie theme song.

("Kussa Mahehi" was apparently used for DBZ music credit, presumably a mistranscription.)
There was some discussion of the name in an RB thread where they knew it was an alias, but not whose. They came up with the anagram "Ha, Haim sucks." Obviously that doesn't make sense unless someone else came up with it and Saban didn't notice the prank for over 20 years.
He speaks six languages (English, French, Spanish, Italian, Hebrew, and I think the last one is Arabic), though who knows how many he spoke in 1978.
