Just saw a commercial for this past Sunday's 'Desperate Housewives' and Archie Kao had a role in the episode. Idk, about future eps. He finally made it out of that dark room on CSI! :p

After the Power reports that Archie Kao is in a Pepsi commercial in China. He has a speaking role, but it's in Mandarin.

Hes been In CSI from ep 1 he sould be a regular cast now. Proberbly in a last season maybe I bet.

This would be nice to see, but they will likely keep him limited to a regular recurring role of a simpleton laboratory technician.

Actually, he joined in the season 2 episode Chaos Theory. I have the first three PC games, and Greg, who later became a full fledged CSI, was the lab technician. Next time the person in that role leaves, Archie should take over, IMHO.
