Hello Ms. Rey. Welcome to the Ranger Cast Forum. I guess I'll ask the first questions.
1: Have you ever seen Wild Force's Sentai counterpart Gaoranger? And if yes, what do you think about your Sentai counterpart and how do you compare your character to her?
2: There are quite a few Cole/Alyssa fans. Out of curiosity, were the writers intentionally making the fans think that Cole and Alyssa have some sort of thing?

Welcome to Ranger Cast, Jessica! Hope you have been getting along well after your time on the show, and hope you enjoy your stay here with us :)
Out of curiousity, are there any shows we should be watching out for that you have been casted for?

Welcome to the board Jessica! I loved your character and I'm pleased to see from your site you don't deny but embrace being a Power Ranger once. (which some stars try to get away from)
If I may ask a question it is: Do you keep in in contact with any of your co-stars?

1.) Did you get to keep anything from the show?
2.) If given the chance would you return to Power Rangers? (Full time, Part time, or Guest Star)

1: Have you ever seen Wild Force's Sentai counterpart Gaoranger? And if yes, what do you think about your Sentai counterpart and how do you compare your character to her?
I was able to see some of the episodes while we were filming and I thought they were amazing. Unfortunately, I didn't see enough of them to comment on my Sentai counterpart.
2: There are quite a few Cole/Alyssa fans. Out of curiosity, were the writers intentionally making the fans think that Cole and Alyssa have some sort of thing?
Actually, it's funny because I was originally under the impression that I would be romantically involved with Merrick. Obviously, that didn't happen and I ended up with no romance. I'm not sure that the Cole/Alyssa thing was intentional or that we just always happened to be together.

The last show I did on television was "Rules of Engagement" on CBS. If you missed it, you can watch it on their website. The episode was called "Jeff's Wooby." I also just filmed a web series called "Hampton High" and that can be found on www.Hamptonhighrevealed.com (http://www.Hamptonhighrevealed.com). Both were fun projects and I hope to continue working in the entertainment industry. I'm also writing a book and coming out with a line of swimsuits in the near future :;):

Hey Jessica, Just wanted to say you are my Fave from Wild Force and thanks for taking the time to come talk with the fans, a few quick questions if you don't mind
1.) Did you get to keep anything from the show?
Yes, of course! I kept my "Alyssa" outfit and even got to take some of Toxica's crazy clothes. I have my growl phone and maybe... just maybe... I have my "Power Ranger" outfit. I also kept my memories, which are priceless.
2.) If given the chance would you return to Power Rangers? (Full time, Part time, or Guest Star)
That would be fun! I always tell people what a great experience it was for me. A month before we wrapped up the show, I started crying because I knew it would soon be over. I cried and made other people cry. It was pretty funny.
I just want to say "hello" to everybody! Thanks for the warm welcome and for all of your kind words!

Miss Rey, hey how are you? I've been a fan of you for some time. I have just a few questions.
-Do you really know martial arts like in the episode with Branscombe Richmond.
-Yours was the first name revealed out of the new cast, people thought you were a dead ringer for Jessica Alba
-Have you seen Operation Overdrive? I think that you and Rhoda could easily pass as sisters.

Miss Rey, hey how are you? I've been a fan of you for some time. I have just a few questions.
-Do you really know martial arts like in the episode with Branscombe Richmond.
Yes! I still continue to do martial arts today. Right now I am studying Jeet Kune Do and I love it! Doing stunts on Power Rangers was challenging and so much fun! In the scene with Branscombe, I actually asked him to hit me really hard so I could stir up the emotion to really cry. Wel, he did and *ouch* it hurt! He's a big guy!
-Yours was the first name revealed out of the new cast, people thought you were a dead ringer for Jessica Alba
That is flattering and I wish it was true!
-Have you seen Operation Overdrive? I think that you and Rhoda could easily pass as sisters.

Hello Jessica,
My kids and I love Rangers (Some will be rangers for halloween) I have a few questions for you.
1. How are you alike your character Alyssa?
I identified with Alyssa in many ways. She was focused on school and realized the importance of higher education. My parents always drilled that into my head as a young child, so I went on to get my Master's Degree. Alyssa was always caring for everybody and I can also relate to that. I love to cook and feed everyone (including myself). We were opposite in the fact that Alyssa left her family business to go to school against her parent's wishes. I left school (but went back) to become an actress against my parent's wishes, but we both ended up Power Rangers in the end.
2. Were there Any accidents onset?
I can think of a few times I sprained my ankle. I think it happened once during filming and twice during training. I have weak ankles. Other than that, I can't really recall any (which is a good thing).
3.how mant times did you mess up your lines before getting them right?
I would occasionally mess up, but I really worked hard during down time to make sure I knew my stuff. For awhile, they called me the one-take wonder and I was proud of that. There was one time I remember that we all had the giggles and could NOT stop laughing. Of course, it was a serious scene and laughing was out of the question. After 3 awful takes, the director cut and sent us all to our dressing rooms to get it together. It was so funny!
Thanks for all the great questions!
Hey Jessica sorry to bother you again but I was wondering how can I get an autograph from you if it's not to much trouble and thanks for answering my questions.
also here's a banner I made a while back enjoy!

Hi Jessica.
Its such an honor to have you on this board. I hope you enjoy it here. I got a question for you.:D
What was your favorite part of playing the character Alyssa on Wild Force?
My favorite part was getting to work with such wonderful people. You never see the people behind the scenes, but they were all so wonderful and made my work so easy and enjoyable. Of course, doing stunts was a lot of fun and having my own action figure wasn't so bad, either!
Hey, Jessica!
Nice to meet you! I liked your role as Alyssa in Wild Force very much (you were the only Ranger in this season I liked so much^^).
My question:
Would you also like to live in a "Animarium" - a secret place with your favourite animals?
Greetings, Markus (Germany)
That would be exciting, but scary at the same time! I guess I would like it if the animals were all friendly and there were lots of penguins! Those guys are so cute.
Out of all of your roles and appearances, which one was your favorite? least favorite?
Alyssa was definitely my favorite role to play because I identified with her in so many ways. Second best is the role I just did on my web series "Hampton High". Sometimes it's fun to play a mean girl, especially when you're so nice all the time (of course I'm talking about acting).

Thank you for answering my question (I mainly asked because my boyfriend is a friend of Philip Jean Marie and I loved watching him on NBC's other Soap Passions and I did watch Days but I guess I missed you :( ) and I am one of the few who do not ship Alyssa with Cole, I've always shipped her with Merrick! ^_^
You saying that made my day!
I've made these a while back and I figured you might want to see them, I've shared some of my work with other actors who seem to like them. These are older and the caps I had to work with were unfortunately not the best. I think Wild Force should be released on DVD (like the rest of the series)

I haven't really read any of the fanfiction about Alyssa.

Aww that's cool, kinda funny how those things happen. The episode of "Rules of Engagment" has it aired and if so do you know the title? ((I wanted to see it)) and I have to ask (I'm sorry for all the questions I'm just a really big fan) were you in a Chili's commercial?

Jes, how did you hear about the role for Alyssa? Did you watch any of the PR seasons before auditioning or getting the role?
The audition came through my agent at the time. It was my first television audition and I had no idea what I was doing. It wasn't until the 3rd callback that I realized I was auditioning for a series regular role and not some one-liner character. At that point, I got really nervous and thought I blew the audition, but I got it!
I had seen some PR episodes before getting the role, but I'd never seen a full season. I never thought in a million years that I would actually be one of them!
Jessica, here's a quick interview for ya...this will let your fans know some quick, fun facts about ya. :)
Fav food? Dessert! or anything Italian. A couple years after Wild Force, I went to live in Italy for a bit. You can't beat their food!
Fav drink? Sprunch (1/2 Sprite, 1/2 Punch) or Sweet Tea from the South- YUMM!
Fav color? Green!
Fav song(s)? I love country music and ABBA is great!
Fav movie(s)? Don't really have a favorite... I just saw Bridge to Terabithia on DVD and LOVED it.
Fav book(s)? I Believe in Love (St Therese of Liseux), anything by CS Lewis, Left to Tell (AMAZING!)
Fav show(s)? It's sad, but I don't watch much tv anymore. Everything is so lewd and inappropriate.
Fav actor(s)? Johnny Depp
Fav actress(s)? Rachel McAdams
Fav place in the world? Home with my family.
And you have an upcoming birthday on the 15th ;)
Yes, in just a couple of weeks. :o_O:

C.S. Lewis? I am impressed by your taste. Do you consider yourself a Christian, and are you relligious? I read a couple of the Chronicles of Narnia books a long time ago; I like the series as a whole because, in addition to the other mythological figures, the main figure is clearly out of Christian iconography (Aslan, of course).

I know that in Forever Red, the other Wild Force Rangers weren't on screen most of the episode. But did you have the opporturnity to talk to all the red ranger actors? What kind of persons were they?
And what did you think about not having a team-up with Ninja Storm? Would you have returned for the team-up?

Glad to see fans of CS Lewis on here. Yes, I am a devout Catholic. I am actually in the process of writing a book on the virtue of modesty and coming out with a line of swimsuits that relate.
I saw The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe when I was in the Philippines with my mom a couple of years ago. It was incredible (my mom cried) and thought it did a good job of portraying the book on the big screen. CS Lewis' other books are amazing and are definitely worth reading.
Glad to see you here. As I see your location is LA, I'm curious if you heard about the Power Ranger convention called Morphicon that was a couple months back. Were you contacted about it?

So, what have you been up to since Wild Force?

I had the opportunity to meet the other red rangers, but did not really talk with them much. They were busy shooting and I was enjoying my time off :;): I did get to know Jason Faunt (Red from Time Force) well because of our Time Force/Wild Force reunion episode. He is a very kind person.
I was sad to not have a team-up with Ninja Storm. I definitely would have returned and I'm sure I would have loved every minute of it. I've seen some episodes here and there of newer PR seasons. I cannot seem to watch more than 5 minutes of it because it makes me miss my time on the show. Is PR popular in Germany?

It's now a kind of popular again. Sadly PR had a hard time since Wildforce in Germany. But it's getting now more popular again.
I liked Wildforce very much. It was one of the seasons i really enjoyed after my break from PR. At last a female white Ranger. I was so exited, that i choose the White Wildforce Ranger as an Avatar in the German PR Forums

Great, a Wild Forc actor/actress FINALLY joins!
Way to make my day!
Okay, off topic question(s)
1. Do you have any musical talent?
2. What's the best concert you've ever been to(if you've been to any)?
3. Don't mean to start any drama(you don't have to answer if you don't want to) but was there a particular actor or actress, whether it was a main role or a guest actor that wasn't easy for everyone to get along with?
Wild Force remains to this day my favorite season, it's the only one that I made sure I saw every episode of when it premiered. Of course...I was in 4th grade when it came out, making it considerably easier.
Hello Jessica, welcome to the board. I want to say that you are one of my top 5 favorite female rangers (The other four are Kira, Rose, Syd and Jen). I want to say that i admire your work, and as a future actor i hope i could be as good as you are. Well here's some questions:
1. What kind of tvs show do you usually watch?.
2. About filming, When did the filming began and when it finished?? i asked this because i read on some other site that filming usually begins in September and wraps up in April, but i watched some of the deleted footage of forever red and i noted something, that episode was filmed may 30th 2002, and the morphed fight scenes was filmed on April.
3. About the last thing i said in the early question, does the morphed scenes are filmed apart?? or all of the episode's scenes were filmed at the moment??.
4. Do you have a boyfriend?? hahaha lol. Well i know this is a personal question so you don't have to answer it if you don't want to.
5. Can you give some advice to me if i ever got the chance to auditioning to the show?? I hope to be part of the PR cast for 2009 that's why i asking for an advice.
Thank you really for taking the time to answer myk questions, and i hope you can feel like your home here.

Hmmm... I went to a John Williams/LA Philharmonic show at the Hollywood Bowl and it was amazing. I couldn't believe how many people dressed up in Star Wars costumes.
3. Don't mean to start any drama(you don't have to answer if you don't want to) but was there a particular actor or actress, whether it was a main role or a guest actor that wasn't easy for everyone to get along with?
I guess if I don't have anything good to say, I'm not supposed to say it...
Wild Force remains to this day my favorite season, it's the only one that I made sure I saw every episode of when it premiered. Of course...I was in 4th grade when it came out, making it considerably easier.
Thanks for watching!
I don't really watch tv anymore because everything seems so immoral nowadays. It's sad.
2. About filming, When did the filming began and when it finished?? i asked this because i read on some other site that filming usually begins in September and wraps up in April, but i watched some of the deleted footage of forever red and i noted something, that episode was filmed may 30th 2002, and the morphed fight scenes was filmed on April.
Gosh, it was so long ago that I can't even remember... I'm sorry!
3. About the last thing i said in the early question, does the morphed scenes are filmed apart?? or all of the episode's scenes were filmed at the moment??.
If I can remember correctly, I think we filmed 3 episodes every two weeks. We didn't do everything in order.
4. Do you have a boyfriend?? hahaha lol. Well i know this is a personal question so you don't have to answer it if you don't want to.
I do not have a boyfriend...
5. Can you give some advice to me if i ever got the chance to auditioning to the show?? I hope to be part of the PR cast for 2009 that's why i asking for an advice.
Thank you really for taking the time to answer myk questions, and i hope you can feel like your home here.
Hmmm... any time I audition for something big, I get private coaching on it to make sure I'm making the right choices. Be prepared. And don't lie on your resume- the producers made me dance during a callback because they thought I might be lying. It was embarassing because I danced with no music, but I proved to them that I could do everything my resume stated.
Glad to see you here. As I see your location is LA, I'm curious if you heard about the Power Ranger convention called Morphicon that was a couple months back. Were you contacted about it?
I can't say that I heard anything about it, but I do take time off in the summer to travel the world, so I wasn't here. Were any other Wild Force rangers there?
Hey Jessica... My name is Angie and I'm very glad to meet you
Here's my question?
I understand that you are a Filipino... Do you have any Tagalogs that you know?
Hi Angie! Kamusta ka? Haha. That's about the extent of my Tagalog and I'm sure I spelled it wrong. I am half Filipina. I've been to the Philippines several times and I love it there.
unfortunatly, no....
Most of the actors there were from seasons after Wild Force. There were some Mighty Morphin cast members and 3 of the Time Force cast members were there too. It was a really good turn out.
I heard that they might be doing a 2nd Power Morphicon.
That sounds awesome! Let me know if you hear anything before I do and I'll be sure to go.
Hey Jessica. Here's a question. Did you ever pitch any ideas to the writers or producers regarding story ideas? If so, what were they?
Good question, but I didn't :o_O:
That's okay... hehe... It's not to much to ask... What is your favorite episode in Wild Force and why?
Do you have preparations while doing this season?
My favorite episode was "A Father's Footsteps" because I got to do some cool stunts and some emotional scenes. I also got to work with Branscombe Richmond, who is not only an awesome actor but my friend's father (in real life). It was a lot of fun.

Is PR popular in Germany?
As Hisui said, PR had a hard time in germany. Especially during Lightspeed Rescue and Time Force. But then the broadcaster changed and PR became more popular. We even get full seasons on DVD. You wanna hear what Power Rangers sounds like in german? Well, here is something: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UPHRIfAyMbA

That's really funny. Actually I have seen PR in German while visiting friends in Stutgart a couple of years back. I've also seen it in Italian and Tagalog. I love that it's an international show (except I do't think they show it in Switzerland...?).

That picture brings back memories. My hair was ultra-flippy in it. :;): Actually, I was visiting my boyfriend at the time (ex now) and his family in Stuttgart. He is half German/half Irish and plays tennis for Ireland. We still keep in touch and remain friends. I think I spent a couple of months there and just watched him play tennis the whole time and hung out with his family. It was fun! As far as speaking German, I took some classes here in LA at a lingual institute. I'm not very good and am a lot better with Italian.

Hmmm... I can't think of any pranks we pulled on each other specifically. We were always just goofing off (and sometimes getting in trouble for it). Phillip and I were like brother and sister, always joking around. I do remember one time we were filming in a cave and Jack wanted to know what I was listening to on my mp3 player. It happened to be Enrique Iglesias "Hero". He decided to step outside of the cave and act like Enrique Iglesias, singing into a flower he picked, and trying to be romantic. It was really funny until we heard a LOT of people yelling and screaming outside of the cave. Apparently they had another crew filming shots outside and Jack had walked into the middle of it all, only he couldn't hear them because he had the headphones on. It was so funny. They must have gotten at least 5 minutes of his Enrique Iglesias impression on tape.

I have been to the Philippines, Jamaica, Greece, and Turkey. The closest I've been to South America is Mexico. I think I've been to every resort place there- Acapulco, Cabo, Cancun, Playa del Carmen, Mazatlan, etc. I don't know what it is, but everytime I go there, I get sick.
I liked filming the stuff towards the end of the season, with the rain. We used a rain machine in the middle of the night and would shoot until the sun came up. We were all cold and physically miserable, but it was great to bond with everyone like that.

As someone who used to be in a relationship with a half-Filipino girl [and is still good friends with her as well] and also a huge fan of Wild Force, may I say it's a pleasure to welcome you to the board on behalf of the British contingent!:)
I have some questions to ask if I may:
1) If you ever got invited to the UK to attend Sci-Fi/TV/Movie events like the London MCM Expo (http://www.londonexpo.com) which the likes of Christopher Lee and various cast members of Smallville, CSI, 24, Stargate and various other TV shows attend plus Archie Kao from Power Rangers: Lost Galaxy [who I had the pleasure of meeting last year and he was a really nice guy in person!] and Johnny Yong Bosch is attending the one that's taking place in 2 weeks time as a guest because of your role in Power Rangers, would you attend?
2) Have you ever been to the UK? If you haven't, which places would you like to visit there?
On another note, I find it interesting that you're a devout Catholic, Miss Rey as my late grandmother who died last year and who brought me up from when I was a baby was one herself and I believe one of her favorite saints was Saint Therese of Avila [although it may have been St Martin de Porres who I know she was a big fan of...]

And what do you think of Mexico's culture?? Have you eat Burritos there or Tacos?? thats a very popular food there.

Thank you for your kind words concerning my grandmother, Miss Rey...:)
I think you would have liked her if you had ever had the chance to meet her as she had a very strong Catholic faith and would always do things like take part in cleaning the local church and sell Christmas cards for it as well [she always tended to sell the most cards every year according to our local priest at her funeral service]
I'm sincerely sorry to hear of your grandmother's passing as well and I'm sure she must have been a wonderful person if you cared about her dearly as I did about my own grandmother even if me and her had our arguments every once in a while, sad to say...
I confess I still miss my own grandmother to this day even though I'm a stronger person and regret not getting to say goodbye to her...
If you ever get to visit the UK, you should definitely visit Liverpool [especially next year as it's the European Capital of Culture] and the historic city of Chester [then again, I'm biased seeing as I live near both cities!:)] along with Manchester, Oxford and Nottingham which is Robin Hood country...

Oh and in a past post you mentioned that you saw the "Bridge to Terabithia" and liked it but what you may not know is that the girls father, the character Bill Burke (actor Latham Gaines) was in a later Season of Power Rangers (Dino Thunder, where Jason David Frank, once again revised his role as Tommy) Latham played the villian...and he's apparently a really awesome guy (my boyfriend met and hung out with him)

If it's truly your passion, go for it. Study hard with good coaches and be on top of your game. There are people from all over the world who move to Hollywood to make their dreams come true. Be prepared to hear a lot of "no's" but persevere and keep your head up.

1-As you seem to like your role in Power Rangers Wild Force, what's one thing you would have wanted to change about Alyssa? (if at all)
2-What kind of martial arts were you doing in "A Father's Footsteps"? It looks like Hung-Gar to me...
Regarding the martial arts in "A Father's Footsteps"... I'm not sure what style it was. I just learned the choreography and went for it. Our stunt people were so amazingly talented... and patient when I would accidentally hit them. Right now, I am studying Jeet Kune Do and I love it. Bruce Lee rocks.
[QUOTE=Joe;14252]Hi again Jessica, you know i can see that you like several sports like Tennis, Golf and snowboarding. Tell me , have you participed in a tournament of Tennis, golf or snowboarding??, and if so, did you win one of them?. Another question, do you like videogames, or have you ever play with a videogame??.
Hello Joe. There is a girl in my acting class who just moved here from Venezuela. People from your country are so beautiful! Anyway, I used to play a lot of charity golf tournaments and I never won! We played in teams and I always got stuck with people who weren't the best golfers, but they were lots of FUN. I don't play videogames... some of them are so violent and they make my head spin. I've also heard that they're very addicting, so I try to stay away...

Thank you so much for that. I don't know if all the people here are all beatiful but you can trust me when i tell you, that i am one of them haha (modesty apart). So another question, In WF Alyssa was a very smart student, in real life, were you a good and smart student??. Oh, almost forgot, remember the question i made earlier about filming?, well, you know that PR is now filmed on Auckland New Zeland, so what location WF was filmed?? i always through that it was filmed on USA but someone told that it was filmed in Canada, so can you please tell me that?.

Welcome to the board Jessica. I for one am sad that you and the other Wild Force Rangers didn't get a bigger part in Forever Red. Heck, a simple line would've been nice. Anyway, welcome.
I do have a question: Did you wear the White Tiger suit? What was it like to wear it (like, was it comfortable, itchy, like pajamas, etc.)? I'm especially curious about how it was wearing the helmet? How was it like wearing it? If you didn't, then did a stuntman tell you?
Thanks again for taking the time to answer our questions, and I hope you have a great day.
I found some Gaoranger videos, if you're interested.

According to the scrip and cut footage, Alyssa and the other wild force rangers did have a line in the episode. For some reason this scene was deleted. You can watch the cut footage on youtube.

I'm glad it was written and shot, but it doesn't do Jessica or the other rangers any good if it got the cutting room floor treatment. Thank you, I'll go look for the cut footage.

Hahaha. Very funny!
I guess you could say I was a smart student in real life. I was actually quite a nerd with my head stuck in my books at all times. I graduated early from high school and then early from college and was the youngest in my class to get my master's degree. I think I could have gone to school forever, if I got paid for it!
We filmed WF in Valencia, California. Our studio was right next to JAG's studio and also near Six Flags Magic Mountain. At first, I thought that was so cool because I'd get to ride roller coasters after work. However, the only thing I wanted to do after work was go to sleep. It was a tiring job and hard work, but I loved it!
Hey Jes, how's everything on your side of the world? :)
Hey! Thanks for asking. I was in a good mood until five minutes ago... I just got a disappointing call from my manager (not about a job or anything)... just wish everyone would lighten up a bit. I've also just been quite busy and tired with this book I'm writing and my clothing line. Things could always be worse and I try to be positive all the time, but sometimes it's hard... anyway, I am alive and kicking!

I remember the Valencia set. I had the chance to visit it during the Lost Galaxy season. I loved the way they integrated the various scenes into this office/warehouse style buildings...especially the bridge of the Megaship. I bet the Wild Force set was beautiful, but probably leaned more towards the outdoors. Can you tell us more about the set that you worked with?

Our set was so awesome... it was like an indoor jungle. The main set was the animarium and then we had the org lair behind it. As beautiful as it was, I think I was somewhat allergic to it (I have really bad allergies) because most of the plants were real. At the end of the season, they were giving all the plants away and I think a lot of it got thrown out! We shot a lot of stuff on location, as you can imagine.

Rebecca,
It would be the same advice I gave to aspiring actors... martial arts is a great skill to have on your resume but, in the end, they'll want someone who fits the role (and won't mind using a stunt double if that person can't do their own stunts). Good luck!!!

You stated that your were a Devout Catholic. I am also Catholic. Do you think that Power Rangers promotes good values for Kids? I know Wild Force has seemed like a darker season. Cole's parents were killed by Master Org and I always thought that was pretty daring for a kids show.

I think that PR does a good job of showing the triumph of good over evil. It also shows the sacrifices that one must make for the greater good. The Spiderman movies do an awesome job of promoting these values that the Catholic Church teaches as well.

Some of us were able to meet him at Power Morphicon. It was actually really funny because one of my friends was talking to him and I kept thinking, "this guy looks so familiar..." I finally just said it out loud and he said, "really?" Then it hit me that he was a Power Ranger, too. So I said, "were you a Power Ranger?" I think he thought I was starstruck... so he hesitated and then said, "yes." I said, "cool! So was I!" I'm actually not sure he even believed me because then I asked to take a photo with him (so I could shrare it with everyone here) and he asked me what my name was again. He was very nice to me and he is an awesome salsa dancer!

Hello again can you tell us about some of the volunteer work you have done
I have done lots of stuff with kids... mostly with the Make-a-Wish Foundation, which grants one wish to kids who are seriously ill. I've done lots of charity golf tournaments and bowling tournaments (I love bowling). Right now, I volunteer weekly at a hospital through my church and I pray with patients and give them encouragement. I occassionally help out with the homeless ministry as well. I'm also helping my friends start an adoption foundation... Lastly, I travel around giving talks to teens and young adults on living a virtuous life. I try not to spread myself too thin, but am always up for helping people do good.
I had people visit me in the hospital when I was young & very sick, & it really does help. So I'd like to thank people like you for that it helps more than you'll ever know. You do so much charity work you need your own foundation.

No wonder you fit your Wild Force role so well. ;)
Seriously. It's amazing all you have done. And while you have done well in acting, personally, I think it's what you have done outside of it thats been far more impressive. At the end of the day, you can sit back and be happy not only with what you have accomplished outside of acting, but on a personal level as well. Even for those kids that don't know (or care) that you were in Power Rangers, you are still a hero to them. You give hope where they may have lost it. Truely a shining star.
Incredible job Jessica. If you ever are down about something, just think of how many kids and people you have made happy with your kind actions. I'm 100% positive you have left a lasting impression on them.
As Helen Keller once said:
"Character cannot be developed in ease and quiet. Only through experience of trial and suffering can the soul be strengthened, ambition inspired, and success achieved."
I think that is well said of you as well IMO. And in some ways from what I have seen, echo's who you are. Someone that is continually trying to improve herself, and those around her. In good times and bad. :)

Hey Jes, how was your weekend?
hello Jessica. if it hasn't been asked already, will you appear by chase in Jungle Fury for a teamup?
That would be fun, but I haven't heard anything about it. We should start a petition and get me on it! :;):

Yea, I can imagine how busy you are these days. Glad to see that you take time for your fans. :)
Hi again Jess i hope you had a great time these days. Here in my country, there are many problems and distortions about policy, it makes me feel bad about it. But well, i wanted to ask you this last week but i forgot. How it was everything in California, i saw soemthing on the tv that some houses were on fire in California, Are you all right?? were you unnaffected of that and your house didn't burn?? That's all, because when i saw that news i began to think about you and your family, sounds silly but it's true.

Thank you for your concern! That's very sweet. My family and I were spared, but I do know lots of people who lost everything they had. They left their homes with nothing but the clothes on their backs...

So I have my cousin who wants to get in to acting what advice would you give her! How long should she stick to it and stay in California! She is getting home sick and wants to come back to Chicago. I am telling her it takes time even Rome wasn't built in a day! What should she do? I need an actors advise!

Phillip and Jack were like my brothers. We were always goofing off. Drew was also fun to hang out with. Ricardo and I were not the closest of friends...

I haven't seen the cast members in a really long time The last time I saw Drew was on Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills. I was at a stoplight and looked to my right.. there he was! We chatted until the light turned green. It was nice to see him. I occasionally see Ann Marie (the princess) because we have a friend in common and it's always nice to see her. She's such a doll.
If ya don't mind me asking but is that a good thing or bad?

We definitely wore our suits on occasion! I will never forget the tight, suffocating effect it had on me. I don't know if the other cast members got pics of themselves in their spandex. I always had my camera on me to capture special moments. I also still have my spandex!

Aww ^_^ Did you get to keep anything else from your WF days? Other PR cast members from the newer generations have mentioned trying to steal their morphers or even accidentally flushing them...Also did Philip Andrew know that you were under the impression that you two were supposed to be romantically involved (as you've stated before) and why do you call him Drew? Philip Jean Marie seems like such a fun guy, I look forward to meeting him someday (my boyfriend is a friend of his and they talk often. Anything you'd like me to pass to him to pass to Phil?)

Oh, I got to keep so much stuff since they moved to New Zealand after my season... in addition to my spandex, I have my "Alyssa" clothes, my growl phone, some of Toxica's outfits, one of Nadira's outfits from Time Force, and I can't think of what else right now... besides all of my memories! I'm not sure if Drew knew about our "romantic involement" or not. I call him Drew because that's what he wanted everyone to call him (short for Andrew). Philip is an awesome guy- I'm sure I will see him again one day. It's such a small town.
You still have your suit?! Awesome! :D Did you ever wear the helmet? If so, what was it like?Wearing the suit and the helmet was like major suffocation! :o_O: It made us nuts- they wouldn't zip the suit up until RIGHT before we started shooting because we couldn't breathe. And none of us felt very attractive in them because they're SOOOO tight. Luckily, mine had a cute little skirt to go with it.

As for the new movie, I dunno who you will be facing, but they will lose. Your beauty alone would stun them into a trance. Then you could just do what you want with them. :p Then again since I don't know what the film is about or anything, for all I know you could be the evil person that looks nasty. LOL. Either way, in the middle of a fight just do a few hiyah's and yell out 'Wild Access!'. :p That should get them going and make them realize who they are fighting with!
Best of luck to you Jessica. You are incredible to say the least and I wish nothing but the absolute best for you.:)

Otrher than Turbo's Justin Stewart I've loved all the US Rangers so far and I'm not just saying that. Youi guys did all right adapting the Toei shows. I watch Power Rangers off and on. We talked about it and I am friends with the producer, but it never worked out... I'm sure it's for the best and all in God's plan for me.
Hey Jes, any plans for the holidays?
Besides eating? Ha! Definitely spending lots of time with my family and relaxing. I decorated my parent's Christmas tree this past weekend- it's 9 feet tall! It took me ALL DAY and I almost fell off the ladder about 7 times. It's so funny when you trip or fall and then quickly look around to see if anyone noticed. Then, you realize nobody saw you and you just laugh at yourself. That's me.
Hi Ms. Jessica just want to know if what is your routine in spending your Christmas did you follow a Philippine tradition?
if a philippine tradition consists of eating, sleeping, praying, and more eating... then, yes! i go to a filipino mass at my parent's parish for simbang gabi (did i spell that right?) and it's pretty awesome. other than eating the food and listening to my parents sing on the karaoke machine, i don't think we do anything traditionally filipino. what do you do with your family? maybe i can do the same this year.

Hey Xander of Mystic Force mentioned that you guys sometimes match up keuy scenes from your Toei counterpart. 1. How hard was that? 2. Did you have any english to help you along when you used lines from the Toei version or did you guys just wing it and do your own thing?
I'm asking about that because on Spike TV I watch a show called MXC which is a dub of a Japanese Game show and they just went wild and fake dubbed it with their own lines. How hard was this to work around?
