Static Shock had an episode where he ment batman. Batman said Robin (Timmy) was with the Titans. Also an older Speedy was on JLU. As I have missed a ton of TT episodes I always asummed Robin to be Timmy. I didn't know til today TT Robin was a younger Dick*.

Has for DC's Direct to video releases: The latest one, Justice League: Crisis on Two Earths was originally designed to take place between JL and JLU. However at the time the story was writen they couldn't aford to higher to produce JLU and the movie at the sametime. Thus it was put on hold til now. However because of the Voice Actors being busy with other projects, they heavly edited the story and cut out any connections to the DCAU. Making it take place in it's own universe.

You are completely wrong on this one. The creators have said many times that this is not in any universes that have had cartoons, and is technically Earth 16.
Plus Teen Titans is impossible to fit into Young Justice's time line. Robin has only been fighting crime for 4 years(and is only 13 years old) and Speedy for only 3.

If you really want to find information, you should look up interviews and articles from news sources, not dumb rumors made by miss-informed fans.

The Teen Titans have existed for years before the cartoon, so Teen Titans could mean that they just had a Teen Titans in the DCAU.

Also, I came across an interview somewhere that said that the reason why the cartoon is dating every episode is due to the comics. There will be a comic series that will tie into the cartoon, but will also use dates so that fans can build up a timeline and continuity between the comics and cartoon. If I can find the interview I will post it here.

16? I thought DC didn't have universe numbers like Marvel does.

Like QUARK said TT was never part of the DCAU. And YJ clearly isn't part of the TT universe since the artwork is completely different and they didn't even bother to get the same guy to voice Robin from TT. It should be noted in the DCAU Dick Grayson become Robin at 9 (as per Robin's Reckoning) and had a falling out with Batman when he was about 20. The Teen Titan Robin who is also Dick Grayson appeared tohave had a falling out with Batman at the age of 14 or 15.

And is YJ Robin really Dick Grayson? In the comics they had a Young Justice and that was Tim Drake. Superboy/Conner Kent didn't even exist when Robin was Dick Grayson.

They are not using Tim or Bart because this is set very early in their DC world.
It really comes down to the fact that they didn't want to be tied down to the comics. That is the whole reason for it being earth 16 and not the main DC universe.

Here is an interview with the creators:

They have a multiverse too. However it was destoried many years ago. About 4 years ago it was recreated consisting of 52 comic-only universes.

    Young Justice

Young Justice is an American animated television series created by Greg Weisman and Brandon Vietti for Cartoon Network. Despite its title, it is not an adaptation of Todd Dezago and Todd Nauck's Young Justice series of comics, but rather, an adaptation of the entire DC Universe with a focus on young superheroes. The series follows the lives of teenaged heroes (some of them sidekicks) who are members of a fictional covert operation team — called Young Justice — of its celebrity-level famous adult counterpart, the Justice League. The main setting is the fictional universe of Earth-16, during a time period in which superheroes are a relatively recent phenomenon. The series will debut on January 7, 2011 with a two week reairing of the first two episodes, which originally aired as an hour long special on November 26, 2010. [Source: Wikipedia]
