Plus Robin, Wally and Aqua Lad had been friends for years at the start of the series. By the process of elimination it had to be red-arrow or a test to see how the team would handle mistrust.
Wally probably new the truth (or just a part of it) about Artemis since the memory wipe episode. We don't get to see her answer when Wally asked why would her dad be testing her like this.
I have others thoughts but I'm just gonna skip to the biggest give away of all! MM mind linked with everyone to restore their memories. Plus she linked everyone almost every episode. She would of figured out eventually who the mole was, if the mole knew they were the mole. The star fish creature was also in an episode of batman beyond and justice league. It takes control of who ever it attaches it self to. Piecing this altogether, I knew for awhile the mole wouldn't know they are the mole.

I have a radical idea, but here goes. I think Red-Arrow isn't the real red-arrow, but a clone of the original. Remember in the first episode the Light told Desmond to clone the sidekicks and that the clones would serve the light. What if in between Welcome to Happy Harbor and Infiltrator Roy was captured by Cadmus and cloned?

Sounds like a possibility. Is that what Superboy's clone was? A clone of Superboy from that?

The clone would have to have all his memories because they showed he too had a piece of the star fish alien controlling him. Although Red-Arrow being an enhanced clone would make kind of cents. The magic and tech boosted starfish piece did wear-off at the end of Usual Suspects.
Lex claimed the other superboy came first. An error in the cloning process made the other superboy crazy.

I just started watching the series, I just finished episode 15 and I have to say Im excited to see how the rest of this series unfolds. DC proves once again, that between them and Marvel, they win the animation department.

Again remember in the first episode Desmond told Double X to have the genomorphs download Robin, Kid Flash and Aqualad's memory and we've seen from Superboy that a Cadmus clone can be programmed to react to certain events or phrases

If the crazy SB clone was made before they really made the plan, he could be SB's clone. Like maybe he was a test drive for how they'd do the others.

Project match was made before Project Kr. They abandoned match because he was crazy and couldn't be controlled, so they froze him, and made Superboy. In the episode Agendas it was revealed that Match is Superboy's older brother

So, Young Justice takes place in the year 000000? Pretty neat finale, didn't see Red Arrow being a clone coming.

^ he isn't a clone he was being subliminally controlled. That's how I took it anyway. Unless did I miss something? My mouth jusst dropped like wow. That episode was was amazing and I'm loving the series.
