I finished watching Mystic Force, and I got to say, looking back, I liked the series overall. I still think the actual ranger team is lame, but they did have their good moments. And the overall story was good, despite their lameness. I was genuinely interesting in the secondary characters (Udonna, Phineas, Clare etc.) more than the actual rangers, and the second half of the season really had some cool story with them. There were some weird parts near the end, like Necrolai suddenly turning good to help her daughter. I mean, she had spent a lot of the series showing she liked her daughter, but after their big break near the last fourth of the season, I didn't think she cared for her anymore, and her last minute turn seemed weird, as did the turn of the terror who just wanted knowledge. Still, overall, I liked the season. The mystic mother was a cool reveal, I never expected that she would be who it turned out to be.

Udonna,Phineas and Clare could have more focus instead by always have subplots like Claire she is the descent as the GateKeeper,Phineas save Nick and take him to the Humam World and Phineas always have something close to the Rangers the way of Necrolai talks about Leeleen because she dont want to be the Queen of Vampires and Necrolay reject her because Necrolai wants to prove her herselt to the Terrors, when Itassis is tas choses to come to survase and battle the rangers and the MF call her to the reason and they tell them they are just puppets to "The Master" and she returns to the Underworld and tells to the others the MF have a secret weapon and she tell is as "Courage" and they dont have to follow "The Master" but think for themselfs.

All in the Season Finale it as pretty awesome Nick becames Koragg and see the MF figthing the Final Terrors are cool but i think the Final Battle could by much better because they could fight aganst him in civilan form all Six rangers more Udonna and Leanbow vs "The Master" will be cool see that happen in MF because The Main Villan show up in the MF too late because he just see him 3 episodes and they could made a awesome final battle aganst him and not destroy him sow easy.

Okay, I am nine episodes in of Mystic Force. I haven't found Nick annoying yet. But Clare I find rather annoying, funny but annoying, Chip, except for his knowledge of vampires and things like that, he really gets on my nerves. Xander, he's working both sides of me, he's kind of annoying, but seems to be coming out of it as the season progresses. Vida strong pink ranger, one of the strongest in a while, I like how she had a problem with the color she was given. Nice turn of sorts. They only other character I find really annoying is that snobby girl who always tries to get Nick to go out with her. I just found out who she really is, so that might change. Koragg is one of the toughest, but honorable enemies in the show. Udonna, I really don't have an opinion of yet. That gnome/troll guy is pretty cool.

What did you think of the season premiere?

It was good. I love the magic them, and Udonna's fight against the monster was really cool. I love the scene where they found their power.

What did you think of the theme song?

I love it even if (again lol) i prefer the French version.

What did you think of the cast?

I love Xander & Nick. Madison and Vida were ok. I don't like Chip. Udonna was cool and i like daggeron and leanbow.

What did you think of the morph sequence?

My favorite morph ever. I love the design, and when the voice say "Supra Mysto Power Rangers".

What did you think of the PRMF Villains?

My only complain is aht they are too many but i like most of them especially Koragg, and imperius.

What did you think of the PRMF "Spell Code" concept?

It suit with the phone morpher. I didn't expect than when i heared abut a Magical hemed season but it was cool.

What did you think of 'The Gatekeeper'?

It was interisting to learn more about Clare and her story. I found her fight against Koragg awesome.

What did you think of the quest for the Fireheart?

I like the quest. It always make me laugh when the poor Toby can't see what his is the chest.

What did you think of Leelee Pimvare and the reveal that she was Necrolai's daughter?

I like her. She is a good 2nd character and she was very interisting at the end of the show. It wasn't predictable i was really suprise when i saw she was Necrolai's daughter.

What did you think of Catastros?

A cool zord.

What did you think of Daggeron and his introduction as the Solaris Knight?

It's not the best introduction but i's ok. I always found strange that Madison seems attracted by Daggeron even if we don't hear about that realtion after that episodes.

What did you think of the death of Morticon?

It was good.

What did you think of Jenji the Genie and new villain Imperious?

I love imperious. He look very strong and i love the fight where he was giant. I like the design of his suit. I found Jenji cute, courageous and funny.

What did you think of Necrolai having her own Mystic Morpher, Piggy's cameo and the reveal that Phineas was the one who brought Bowen to the Human realm?

It was cool to see a purple mystic morpher. Piggy's return was cool. I love Bowen's story.

What did you think of Dark Wish and Legend Warrior mode?

The Legend warrior mode was awesome, one of my favorite power-up. I like the weapon and the design and their finisher. Dark Wish was a good multi parter. It was cool to see some unmorphed fight

What did you think of Brightstar, the reveal that Koragg was Leanbow, and that Nick was Bowen?

The 2 were predictable but they still interisting. Brightstar was really awesome.

What are your favorite Mystic Force episodes?

First episode, the final, dark wish, the one where Nick must control catastros.

It was cool. I love the fight scene

What you think of the Ten Terrors?

I like them but like i say there is too many villain in mystic force.

What did you think of the Red Dragon Fire Ranger?

My favorites battliezer ever.

What did you think of the Snow Prince and the return of Leanbow?

It was ok....not my favorites part of the show.

What did you think of Clare, Leelee & Phineas teaming up to get the Snow Staff back, the return of the White Ranger, and Toby finding out his employees were the Power Rangers?

I love when clare leelee & phineas took the Snow Staff back, they can show what thet can do. I have not opinion about Toby finding the rangers identity.

What did you think of the Wolf Warrior and the rebirth of The Master?

Epic. The scene where we see the giant shadown of the master was epic. And the final fight was awesome.

What did you think of the finale?

One of the best final.

What did you think of Rita Repulsa becoming the Mystic Mother?

A great reference to MMPR

Any final thoughts on Power Rangers Mystic Force?

Another great season with a descent cast, a good story, i love the humor, the theme was original, the final was awesome, even if there is too much villain they still cool, and nick's story was interisting.

Watching Mystic Force right now and am about to start "Dark Wish" part 3. Few things I'd like to point out:
-Chip is ANNOYING as all hell!
-The fact that there is no clear cut leader thus far as been confusing. I thought the one villian with the....wrench and bolt head, totally forgot his name, was the leader but then Necrolai (sp?) and Koragg had no respect for him and then he died and they had no respect for the next one.
-The fight unmorphed fight scene in "Dark Wish" part 2 was awesome. It had nothing on the unmorphed fights of the first 6 seasons but the fact that that much effort was shown in a later season was cool. I was so surprised to see Nick's actor doing such cool stuff.

I don't get the constant NEED for a leader. Some seasons they didn't seem to have a leader, i.e. Ninja Storm or Dino Thunder, and it worked out fine. So long as you have a mentor OFF the field and a team that works together, why do you need someone barking orders? I'm pretty sure if Nick ever TRIED barking orders his team mates would just tell him to STFU

I apologize for bumping the thread, but I started a Mystic Force rewatch and wanted to once again express my love for the season. It really doesn't deserve the flack it gets from the fandom at large, and is definitely better than most people think it is. I honestly believe that it is one of the Top 10 best seasons in the franchise, with a great cast of characters, one of the tightest storylines in the franchise, and a theme that, in hindsight, seems so suited to the PR/Super Sentai genre that it's a wonder it didn't come along much earlier than it did.

I have a question regarding Mystic Force that I hope someone can be nice enough to answer for me. Did Mystic Force ever truly end? I remember them getting the legend mode or whatever and then there was no more episodes on TV when I was watching. Did it take a hiatus and I didn't notice when it returned or was that meant to be the ending? I thought they had to defeat the top villain every season during the finale. I was so confused.

Yes. It had a finale. It took a hiatus and you didn't notice when it returned. There's a full 32 episodes of the show. Go forth and watch it!

Mystic Force had 32 episodes...that was back in 2006.

Mystic Force, Operation Overdrive and Jungle Fury, and RPM had 32 episodes if you didn't know that before. For those last 4 Disney seasons, each one had a break 4 times due to the 32 episode count, for about 3 to 4 weeks in between a few new episodes. 32 episodes was too short indeed.

Ninja Storm, Dino Thunder and SPD had 38 episodes...had about 3 breaks for about 2 weeks in between a few new episodes. 38 episodes was only 2 episodes short anyways. The seasons before that were pretty much the same
If you still had ABC back them, you just have to look at the TV listing when the next new episode comes.

All TV shows does that. Networks gotta have a break sometimes when it comes to airing new episodes. That's what the TV listing guide is for when wanting to know when new episodes airs.

Ah, I see. It was on the year I graduated from high school I guess I got caught up with going to college to notice it come back. Especially since I used to think that Power Rangers seasons worked the same way other shows did by going from fall to spring. I should go back and watch the rest.
