Power Rangers Samurai "Sticks & Stones" Episode

Just watched this for the first time and I enjoyed it. It was a nice, character driven episode. Emily hadn't done much at this point so it was nice to have a whole episode devoted to her and it added a lot of depth to her character. The scenes with her and Mike talking about her issues and her past were quite well done, I thought.

Admittedly, the monster insults were very lame and the main villains don't really seem to do that much so far but the majority of the episode and the message involved in it was good. The foreshadowing of Jayden's secret was interesting too since I've never watched Shinkenger and I guess that is gonna make up the plot for the season.

Jayden, Mike and Emily are starting to stand out on their own at this point and I like their characters. It is Kevin and Mia that need work. 8/10.

This is one of my favourite eps for Emily. She's so strong. It's also the one where I officially started shipping her and Mike! Woot! OTP
