Power Rangers Samurai "There Go The Brides" Episode

I really enjoyed watching the episode. The fake wedding was indeed the same way as Takeru and Mako did it. I didn't realize that Dayu was spying on them. Has she this whole time? The double was incredible, the rangers using the shadow kanji exactly like the shinkengers did.Although the shinkengers used the kanji at their mansion while the samurais used it at the wedding. "We got played." that was a good one by the fake Jayden (the double). The battle between blue and pink against Dayu was great. Dayu's instrument sounds different than Dayuu's (shinkenger). I don't get why the promo said 'can the rangers take down this terrible twosome?' When instead the rangers went up against Dayu and the giant moogers. Oramasa is the name of Decker's sword, not Uramasa. Which he said Uramasa in the last episode. All in all, I rated this episode awesome.

Ah, why couldn't they have had the Rangers say, "Red Samurai Ranger... READY! Blue Samurai Ranger... READY!" etc. It would have made that scene where they surrounded Dayu cooler. And a weep tears of joy when Bulk and Spike FINALLY met the Rangers. Overall, I give this episode a Good.

Good episode. The puns seem to be easing up and the acting improving for the most part. The show is still pretty bad overall, even for PR standards, but its getting to a kind of enjoyable level instead of just pure crap.

Bulk and Spike actually appeared before the opening, wow.

And we got a (slightly) NEW opening!

Octopus dude seemed to have trouble rhyming in this ep.

The face Jayden shot at Mia after her Cinderella comment was funny.

Bulk's "So many weddings lately" actually produced a laugh from me! I still think Spike's an annoying little **** though.

Emily slicing the womb thingy with her Samurai Sword was pretty badass.

Brittany Pirtle was terrible in those scenes outside the bakery though. "Samurai Rangers, cupcakes are ours" was especially heinous.

Oh great, next week is another Kevin focus ep. :rolleyes:

It could be that Mia always wanted to have a real wedding. She even said that at the end of the episode.

--Hold the phone. Dayu can spy on the Rangers and their every word and learn their game plan? That's just 100% stupid to begin with. They had best never show the Nighloks being deceived by the Rangers again, or we'll just point right back to "why didn't Dayu use her psychic spying powers?". And furthermore, if Dayu really is spying on the Rangers, why didn't she catch on to the other half of their plan?

Eh, I think she can't spy on them. She probably figured they would try to do a bait-and-switch in order to rescue the brides. It's common sense on her part. She just didn't exprect them to predict that she knew what they were thinking.
