Okay, so the only Kamen Rider series I've watched all the way though was Ryuki.
I've watched the first couple of episodes of Faiz, but I was too busy at the time to watch any more.
That's all I've watched of Kamen Rider. I want to know what a good Heisei Kamen Rider series you guys would recommend.
For me Ryuki is the first modern feeling hesei kamen rider. So I would say either that season or Faiz or maybe Decade
Try Kabuto! Really good show.
I would also recommend Kuuga, Kiva, and W as well. Hibiki, well I'll let you decide on that one. It may not follow KR traditionally, but it's also a really amazing series too.
But if you want a crash course into the series, check out Decade.
Kotaewa Kiite Nai
Kabuto, Blade, Kiva, W and if you like comedy DenO and OOO
Which he said he already watched...

Cuz Peggy Owns.
Start with Kuuga and work your way up so you can see how much Heisei Rider was evolved over time.
In your opinion, which Heisei series (excluding Ryuki and Decade) has the best story?
Again, thank you!

Agito. It was so many twist and turns to it that will answer some questions for you and still give you more questions to answer.
Personally I'd say all the ones I've seen are good (which is from Ryuki to OOO) although I will admit I didn't completely watch all of Ryuki because at one point in the second half of the series the concept of "This is gonna happen no matter what you do" gave me too much of a headache.
