How did they end up getting confused about something so simple? They introduced the Mega Tigerzord in White Ranger's debut episode... Hell, even Zordon calls its name ON SREEN! I mean, how hard is to pull a script of one of the previous episodes out of the drawer for a few brief seconds for a zord name check? I mean really.

The Mega Tigerzord as introduced in "White Light" and the name fits in the Combination and i think in "Green with Evil" when Dragonzord combine with the others Dinozords could work much better Mega Dragonzord results much better.
