I'm aware guests may charge for autographs, but are there are any guests that are known to not charge anything at all? I'm wondering for budget reasons.

I think I remember paying for all of the autographs last PMC. I can't remember a single guest that didn't charge. Of course, I didn't bring anything to sign.
PMC is proud to announce returning guest VERNON WELLS, as well as first-time attendee JOHN STEWART!
Please note: Due to a work commitment on his current feature film, guest MATT MULLINS has had to cancel his appearance at PMC this year. We wish Matt all the best, and we look forward to seeing everyone at Power Morphicon!
Crayfish, I'm going to assume the possibility if there's no answer, then people likely don't know, but is there a possibility you know if Steven Skyler will be coming? The news post on the front page says the cast of Super Samurai, but the picture only shows the core 5.
This is something I literally cannot comment on, I am sorry.
Are there any signing limits for guests? (Paid guests, I'd assume they'd be happy to sign as many items as you'd want -- but what about the free guests?) I'm wondering if there is for the Samurai cast in particular, since they don't seem to be signing for very long, and am I allowed to take photos with them at the signing? I know some conventions have this lame policy of "no photos" at the guests tables which totally dampers my convention experience.
Also will they be participating in the paid photo ops/sessions?
