Got internet and tv turned at my new place this past week. Picked up GW2. Number of bugs throughout guild wars two. Aside from the map, lore and creatures the game is GINO (guild wars in name only). So many unneeded and unwelcome changes, as well as welcomed ones.

Sorry for the bump. City of Heroes will be closing down by the end of the year. It's former budget will be going to Guild Wars 2.

Nexon is very friendly with the company behind champions online. With Marvel's own MMO coming out soon, killing a revival b4 head was a smart move.

Haven't played Guild Wars 2 in weeks. Which changes did you like and dislike in Guild Wars 2?

I like the map completion items: the vistas, P.O.Is and the waypoints. I love you can jump on an event w/o needing to party-up first.
I hate that way points increase in price with each level gained. Really kills the social expect of the game. Also is one of three high money sinks. The second is armor damage. I died 5x in the first dugeon and had to pay 2k in sliver each time to repair my armor. Why does level 25 armor cost more to repair then level 30 armor when your at level 30? guessing they are trying to in-courage people to buy/craft better armor. But all it does is discourage me from trying harder content. 3rd Money sink is the training manuals. Way over priced for them. I have only reach 1gold once the entire them. And thanks to armor damage and travel i am now at just above 70 silver. 20 gold for the second trait skills is too high. I'll most likely finish the level 80 story quest w/o being able to buy it.
