A couple of updates:
UPDATE 1 - October 10th, 2012:
UPDATE 2 - October 11th, 2012:For the October forum update, I've chosen to make a couple of changes to the forums.
The support forums have been split into two parts: Operating Systems and Software/Hardware. The number of sub-forums was decreased. Now it is clearly stated for which operating systems we offer unofficial support.
The new Software/Hardware section is all about software and hardware for all known and popular types of computers and computer-based devices - laptops, desktop, mobile, touch-based and also, there is a new area for the tech tutorials there. To avoid the confusion of the tutorial sub-forums with the InfoTech Services category, those sub-forums now have added "How To's" to their names.
To make it clear: the Operating Systems category is ment for global and basic OS support only and the Software/Hardware category is ment for all software and hardware support for their repective operating systems and their respective type of computer devices.
The InfoTech Services have been kept, but are no logner sub-forums. Now they're main forums. Also, a new service was added: Website Creation & Editing.
The PC/Mac General Discussion forum has been moved to the Community category.
The OS J Black, Red and Blue skins have returned. I have done my best to fix them. Let me know if there are any troubles.
Some of the forum descriptions have been simplefied to decrease the text cluttering on the forum index.
The Service Website has been removed. The forums are simplefied enough and to the point where the Service Website is unnecessary, so the decision has been made to remove it. However, the Media Gallery, Downloads and Portal sections of the website were kept and will play a major role on the board in the near future. They can be accessed from the sub-menu.
Other than that, nothing else has been changed. The forum system stays the same as was before this update.
UPDATE 2, part II - October 11th, 2012 :I have decided to remove the InfoTech <color here> skins, which were based on the Invision Power Board 1.3 Alpha Blue [Default] skin. Jcink is slowly fazing out the mentioned style and moving on and I think so should we. There will be more color versions of the new Jcink default skin and more color versions of the OS J skin soon instead.
Stay tuned for more updates during this month. There's going to be at least one update per week.I have disabled the Sub-Accounts option. Originally, I was going to add a RPG and a Fanfiction section to the board, but since we already have enough categories and forums, I have changed my mind about it, so I disabled the feature. It was going to be used in the same way as on Megaforce Studio, but since having the sections and the feature available, I would need to change the entire forum system and probably a couple of rules.
UPDATE 4 - October 13th, 2012:
UPDATE 5 - October 14th, 2012:The shoutbox is now no longer available. It was removed because I want the content, the direction and the theme of the board be the first thing guests see when they visit the board. Besides, a lot of the forums no longer use shoutboxes and that's why I think we're better off without it.
Besides, it made the board look cleaner and nicer and it lowered the clutter.
In the coming days and weeks, I will be cleaning up a little bit. Only the most important features and content will remain.

http://infotechforums.b1.jcink.com/i...?showtopic=111I have increased the width of the board in order to clear up the clutter of the links in the sub-menu.
Also, I have decided that no more updates are needed and therefore, I will not be logging into the ACP anymore, unless really needed.
I have also made a most recent backup yesterday, which is updated every month on the 15th.
If any of the staff members would like to change something in the ACP, please contact me via PM and we will discuss it there. Thanks!
