New, as in not seen in episode 47 (the preview showed what seemed to be Kengo doing a henshin)?

That's what I saw theorized. Kamen Rider "Kengo", since "Core" is taken by that worthless monster from Movie Wars.

Yes, my bets are on Kengo being the new Rider.

It makes the most sense. And it brings our Fourze roster up to 4 Riders, which makes perfect sense as long as this number motif is being so overt.

Ankh is still dead though. He does get revived in the far future, but for the ending of OOO, he stayed dead.
