Moltor is ideal given we had a final showdown with Flurious but not truly one with Moltor.

I know i remember it as one of the Lava Lizard with revive him and Moltor comes much creppy
I liked the villains from PROO. I wouldn't mind seeing Moltor again, especially since the character was in Gokaiger. Kamdor and the Fearcats would've been nice additions to the episode.
For the OO tribute, I'd like to see a reference to the Sentinel Knight and/or the Corona Aurora.
I'd have Sentinel Knight killed again (by Moltor) at the top of the episode. Unfortunately, the Great Power of the Overdrive Rangers (inexorably tied to the Corona Aurora and thus exponentially more powerful than many of the others) was in his hands! Now it's a race against time as the current villains, Moltor's empire, and the Rangers race to find where the power ended up, Lights of Orion style. There's a killer two parter in this, and you don't even need any other former cast.
