I've always liked origin stories, and PR is no exception. Part of what draws into certain teams are how they formed, some were done nicely, others not so much. Let's talk about them, or just make a list.
My favorites are (in no particular order):
Dino Thunder - I thought this one brought the characters together in a timely manner as well as explaining how everything worked. We also had time to meet the characters and learn about who they are.
Ninja Storm - Same sorts of reasons as Dino Thunder, but in half the time. Everything was set up nicely and the character's first use of the powers was great.
Time Force - This one really hit you hard in terms of what the stakes were for everyone. Very different from My previous two. In this one it seemed more dire and the themes were a bit more mature.
There's a few more I could talk about, but hey, this is a discussion. So? What do you guys think?

Favorites:
Zeo: The Rangers finally shed their old uniforms and fit into something more powerful.
Dino Thunder: This is what Mighty Morphin' should have been. We were able to see how three completely different high school teens set aside their differences and banded together to become Power Rangers.
S.P.D.: Wonderful start to a wonderful season. It definitely broke away from the usual means of making people into Rangers. Having Jack and Z start out as street thieves was great.
Mystic Force: One of my favorite origins. It was nice to see more Rangers with jobs, and they had fun personalities. Udonna was very awesome as the White Ranger.
RPM: High stakes right off the bat. Earth is pretty much conquered. Need I say more? =P
Least favorites:
MMPR: Puddles on the Moon. Sentai footage overload. Mighty Morphin' Sterotypes, Go!
Wild Force: Good season but not the strongest of starts.
Samurai: Who are these guys? How did they become Rangers? Where are the pages I can flip back to since I obviously missed something?

MMPR: Simplistic, does what it needs to do, sets the story in motion
Zeo: Epic perfect way to start a new era after 3 years
In Space: By far my favorite, set up the story and the stakes
Least Favorite
Turbo: After a movie, it didn't need a 3-parter. Should have been a two-parter
Dino Thunder: I've never wanted to punch so many lead "heroes" in the face before.

Without any particular order my view for all first episodes

1.MMPR: So classic. I never get bored of the first episode. MMPR S2 had the best first episode ever I think
2.Timeforce: Socking start
3.Zeo: At last new powers and new suits. I was so happy about it!
4.Space: Huge mystery with Andros and the rangers in space
5.RPM: I couldn't believe this was Power Rangers
6.LG: Pretty awesome intro. Made me believe that it would be another awesome space season and it was indeed!
7.Wildforce: Reminded me a lot of Tarzan's story,cool
8.Ninja Storm: Loved the show from the start for the happy aura it had. Plus I love ninjas
9.SPD: Space police. Fell in love with it at once!
10.MF: Cool as well. I loved magic and they became pretty well rangers
11.DT: Tommy is back and is gathering rangers!
12.OO: Cool. Indiana Jones style!
13.JF: Had something of Ninja Storm with more serious style. Liked it a lot!
Disliked
1.Turbo: WTH is Rocky, who is this boy? What??? I must see the movie first?
2.Samurai: It was awesome as episode but not a real first episode and this pissed me off in the forthcoming episodes
3.LR: I just hated the idea of them from the beginning

Time Force: loved how Ransik escaped and Wes had thought it was all a joke.
Dino Thunder: Loved how they were agaisnt it, then just finally became Rangers
SPD: Just an enjoyable two parter. Sky being pissed about his Ranger designation was amusing
RPM: "Can I pick my own color?" Just an awesome way to start the season

-MMPR:For the first season of the series, it's not bad, this season is my preference among the three, I will prefer them to do as Zyuranger 
-Dino Thunder: For my favorite season,i love,especially when Tommy is back

RPM: Crap man dark, wth is happening,
PRis: Epicness! No idea where they go come across new powers and friends
zeo: The cc blowing up leading them underground for more powers, and the first team suit change!

RPM- Danger and attack from the start.
SPD- Sets up for a great season and lots of possiblies
Time Force- Great opening with Alex's death and the quest into the past.
Lightspeed Rescue- Introduces the rangers skills and great formation episode
Weak:
Operational Overdrive- Bad Season, Bad start with the whole lets give all the rangers super powers.
Samurai- Complete Sentai cut and paste which doesn't very make sense in Western Culture
Turbo- Basically pointless

Mighty Morphing Power Rangers season 1 The story is pretty good for the started of the Power Rangers, debuts of the Rangers and Zords and first Battle with Megazord vs Goldar.
Mighty Morphing Power Rangers season 3 Thedestruction of the Thunderzord made by Rito and the rangers quest to find New Powers and the debuts of Ninjazord,Ninja Megazord and Falconzord
Zeo A Great start with the rangers receive the Zeo Suits with the great New Villans since the end of the MMPR and Zordon present them the New suits,New Powers and a epic introduced of the New Zeo Rangers.
In Space The debut of the Red Space ranger and Astronema and a great opening of the Evil Alliance and the Planetarian rangers join forces with a Space ranger and the continue of the narrative with Turbo overs,the suits,weapons and the debut of the diferent concept of the Megazord(Astro Megazord).
Lost Galaxy The concept of the Quasar Saber much similar to King Arthur legend of the Excalibur and the ideia of the Galaxys be divided and the rangers try to rescue Mirinoi and help Maya and a diferent season Premiere since past years.
Lightspeed Rescue The ideia of the Goverment agency develoment rangers tecnology it as great and choise people with great capacities for save Mariner Bay from the Demons invasion.
Time Force Time Force police fight aganst Mutants and the Red Ranger by destroyed by the Main villan and great started.
Wild Force The Four Wild Force rangers arealready in action and need a leader, and well a little Tarzan story.
Ninja Storm Ninja Students with atitude choise to battle Lothor and save the world from the Lothor and great trio for first seasonof Disney.
Dino Thunder Three Teens choise by Dino Gems and the Legendary Tommy Oliver(Old Power Ranger) to battle Mesegog and much similar to MMPR concept.
Mystic Force The Magic concept it as cool with the Debut of Koragg and the Red Rangers becames the Leader of the Mistic Team.
Operation Overdrive The Rangers were choised by there skills similar to LRS rangers and the debuts of the Villans wants the Crown of Gods and he Jewels of Corona Aurora.
Jungle Fury Kung Fu concept it as great and Three Choise to protect the Evil Rises and the and a little similar to Ninja Storm rangers debuts but it as cool see Jarrod becames the New DaiShi and The Three Choised to battle him.
RPM A Great started with the Venjix invasion over Corinth City and the great army attack the city and the rangers battle the Grinders and the Monsters in this Three Multi Parter started until Dillon becames Black Ranger.
Samurai starts it as great the team joins,Folding Zords and the villans debuts and the Sentai footage it as cool
