The Dragon Balls... seven mystical spheres that hold power to summon immortal dragon beings that have the power to grant wishes within their power and limitations. Throughout history, these balls have helped the Z Fighters save the world and even became the dreaded curse of our world.
Currently, there are only three set of dragon balls in existence. The original 7 are housed on Planet Namek with Porunga, who has the ability to grant 3 wishes with no limitations. The Earth 7 are housed on Earth, scattered until a warrior finds and summons them for a wish from Shenron, who has the ability to grant 2 limited wishes. And finally there are the 7 powerful Black Star Dragon balls, created by the same namek who created Earth's versions. These powerful balls have been known to grant only one wish from the Red Shenron, but the limitation of the wish he can grant is limited only by the wisher's imagination.
Recently, on a trip with his classmates, the son of Goku known as Goten stumbled upon a mysterious blue dragon ball. Not like ones he's seen before, Goten took the ball back to Dende. Dende confessed that in a moment of doubt, Dende created these dragon balls in hopes that they would be able to help them if they needed. The only problem was that they were too powerful to handle, so he let the dragon balls rest silently around the planet.
Goten then decided it was his destiny to go on an adventure to find the new dragon balls to prevent them from falling into the wrong hands. The limit to this Shenron's powers are so powerful that the legacy has gone on to draw in more warriors and desperate others who have the goal to capture the balls for their own personal gain.

So yeah, if you're into Dragon Ball Z, this will be a game that's centered around just after the Baby Saga of GT. There are playable Cannon characters and you can create your own character. Goten isn't exactly the main protagonist here, he's just the starting person that came to mind when thinking of the story. Currently, there is no set main villain either. At the end of the day, everything in this game is about the dragon balls and granting your wishes. I've even made it more interesting by adding all three televised sets (Earth, Namekian, and Black Star) as well as made my own set (Blue Balls [no pun intended])... each set has limitations and there's a guide on the forums that lets you know how to do things and how the dragons all play out in terms of power and whatnot.
I will also need experienced forum moderators and some Game Runners. I've got a tech admin coming in when her computer gets repaired.
