Is anybody else waiting to see how good the Special Features really are before buying the big set?
No. I'm buying them for the features. I don't know how you'd see 'em before you buy the set because if you put something like that on youtube, Shout! Factory will take legal action against you.
"See" could mean reading reviews/detailed descriptions as well.
My credit card was declined (I use it all the time...wtf). So I called TimeLife (very nice lady helped me out) and they will ship in 24-48 hours once my credit card gets approved. She then told me it would take 3 weeks, maximum, for the set to get to me, and there is no upgrading the shipping because I live in Canada.
Please don't ever use TimeLife again Shout! Use Amazon..please

Dang it, those do sound pretty awesome. I had forgotten all about the live tour (I attended one of the shows way back when.)
Just ordered mine.
I want to personally thank everyone who purchased the Box Sets via our affiliate banners on RangerCrew and Samurai Cast (http://www.samuraicast.com/dvd/timelife-dvd.php).
I had the shipping address changed to the Sheraton in Pasadena when everyone didn't know when they'd be shipped. Now mine was shipped and it was sent there. I'll just have to hope it's still at the hotel when I get there Thursday night.
