Generally that's the best sentai show I've ever seen. It's what tributes should be and how Decade should be. It made me watch many many sentai shows one after another last year by showing how awesome are the past sentai series with the tributes. I couldn't wait for the next episode each week and I want to have watched all 35 seasons one day because of it. The suits were awesome, the idea of using the past senshi's powers to transform was like a dream coming true, the pirate theme, the gokai galleon that was like Final Fantasy payed a visit to Sentai World, the great 199 movie which had all senshis together, the awesome characters and the nice villains. I can't understand how some people didn't like this show and they call themselves sentai fans. It was the ultimate party for Super Sentai. It respected and treated well the history of Super Sentai. Even if you are not a fan you will become with this show, I've seen it happening with many people!
None else sentai season has made me so happy watching it. It's the ideal season for someone to start and for sure if someone watches all 35 seasons before that he will want to return and rewatch it!
I wish it had 1000 episodes!
My favorite sentai with Magiranger. It make me want to watch all the super sentai. It's the only anniversary that look like an anniversary from the first episode to the last.

With Goseiger, you kinda have to put two-and-two together. You pretty much have to assume they gave the Gokaigers their Great Power when they handed them back their Keys.

Though, there's something I've always wondered, did Gai know about Aka Red? Usually when Gai meets and hears about past Sentai warriors, he usually has a fangasm, but when Joe talks about Aka Red, Gai mysteriously quiet. Also, when Basco reveals that Aka Red was from Earth, the whole thing is treated like one big revelation, when it really shouldn't since you think Gai would have mention that Aka Red was made up of the spirits of Red Rangers. Then again, despite being a major character in Gokaiger's backstory, his nature as the spirit of the Reds has nothing to do with his role.
Goakiger is Best Sentai Ever and I Finish to see him yesterday again, Shinkenger is My favorite Super Sentai but well i give credits to them, they created a awesome Sentai with a great storyline with Gokaiger,suits,Mechas and Villans are cool and Battle Scenes great and Goakiger makes me watched Past Sentais because looks a little empty if we dont re-watched all the way until Goakiger Starts.
The Past Senshis have powers to transforms like a Dream coems truth,Pirate theme and Gokai Galleon it as cool and this Sentais is the Ultimate Party in Sentai World.
The Story it was well threated since the Begins to the Ending.
The Movies were awesome in Special the Great 199 Movie Show Super Sentai in all is glory, this is kind of Sentais we dont liked have a Finale.
Gokaiger was good. I loved the characters and it was a great anniversary season.
Gokaiger was an amazing series. It had a fantastic cast of characters. The team was made of up individuals who were all unique in their own way, and yet their bond is so strong that it gives them a lot of strength and will. They just click together very well. Not once in the series did any one of them question another's suggestion to use a certain team's keys. It's usually, "Let's use this!" and no questions asked. Perhaps they don't need to question it because they understand each other that well already. Sometimes they don't say aloud a team name and yet they all transform into that team.
The anniversary aspect was another thing that really worked well for it. It drove the story along and I always anticipated every week to see what happens next. Even if plans changed, I think it still worked well. The villains may not have had as much focus, but it presented many things to make up for it, such as cameo appearances from Sentai alumni and great battle choreography. They aren't showy pirates for nothing! Of course, nostalgia alone isn't what makes Gokaiger grand.
I'd recommend it to anyone interested in Power Rangers, Super Sentai, or tokusatsu in general. It's a great place to start because you have all these different Sentai lores brought into one place. It pays tribute to each one and even made me interested in seeing some of them. It's a delicious explosion of awesomeness. =d
What did you think of the opening?
Love it, it sounds good and makes me want to re-watch it.

Brings back memorys and is catchy.
What did you think of the henshin?
One of my favorites i love how they remake the old henshin's for tributes.
What did you think of the weapons?
They could have used another mode (like Shinkenger's water arrow, sky fan, etc).
What were your first impressions of the crew?
Marvelous was a bad***, Joe i thought was emo, Don was funny, i though Ahim would be a spoiled princess, and Luka i didnt really think of too much.
Did it feel like an anniversary season to you right off the bat?
Yes with the Legend War and Gokai Changes it felt just like all the goodness was bad from the past seasons that i loved.
Were you disappointed in the selection of Gokai Changes they made in the first episode?
No, I liked how they used Goranger because they where first, Magiranger because they could show off the shirt add on and removal that the suits would have, and Shinkenger was one of my favorites so i didnt mind it.
What did you think of Navi?
She wasnt useless and brought some great moments into the show like when Marvelous tryed to impress Ninjaman....
What did you think of the Ranger Keys and the Gokai Changes?
Loved seeing the old powers again and the way they could use the powers, it was like 1 big team up episode every episode.
What did you think of the Gokai Machines and Gokaioh?
Gokaioh looks cool but the jet, race Car, trailor, and submarine where useless, all they did was come out of the ship. The Returning ones where cool and it was nice seeing the past mecha but i didnt like how Gaolion had the Shinkenger's grand power in him.
Did anyone else find it kind of funny or odd that when the transition from Goseiger to Gokaiger occurred that Pink and Blue went from submarine and jet to jet and submarine respectively?
No because i didnt really watch too much Goseiger.
Did anyone else notice the similarity of the Gokai Machines to their Boukenger counterparts?
A Bit but i didnt mind it.
What did you think of the Zangyack?
Basco was one of my favorites but the rest of them where useless, annoying or just stupid.
What did you think of the concept of the Gokaigers meeting past Super Sentai warriors and getting their Great Power?
It worked good because we got to see some of our past heroes and mecha.
What did you think of the reveal that Barizorg was Sid and ShinkenGokaioh?
It was good because it gave Joe some more development. ShinkenGokaioh looked good but i didnt like how it was in Gaolion.
What did you think of Gokaiger Goseiger Super Sentai 199 Hero Great Battle?
It was great to see the past heroes still living on and helping people plus the fact that the past Mecha came back. Also it gave some good fights with the Ranger Key Clones.
What did you think of Gai/Gokai Silver, Goujyu Drill, Goujyu Rex, and Goujyujin?
Gai was a bit too much of a fanboy but hey how would we all be if we where in his shoes. Gokai Silver's powers are the best, he has gold mode, the power to merge keys, Gokai Christmas, and the past 15 sixth warriors and 10 extra heroes. Goujyu Drill i didnt like too much but Goujyu Rex should have been used more since i felt he didnt get as much time. Goujyujin is one of my favorite mecha and looks really well.
What did you think of the backstories of the Gokaigers?
Ahim's i thought was one of the saddest and it make me respect her character a bit more. Luka's i didnt care for too much because she didnt really act like she cared about her planet and friends, she always seemed like she only wanted money not to rebuild a home for them but for stuff like Nadira would get with money. Don didnt have much with his past but his episodes where some of the best especially when he saved Marvelous. Joe had a good story but it wasnt focused on as much as it should have been besides the Shinkenger tribute and when the Gokaiger's get there grand power. Marvelous had a great storyline with him and AkaRed. It showed that he really looked up to AkaRed but yet at the same time wouldnt take any crap from him if he didnt like what AkaRed was doing. Gai tied into the dead sentai sixth warriors with him getting hit by a car. It not only showed that Gai cared about people's lifes but so did the earth as they looked up to the Super Sentai.
Is there one Gokaiger that seemed really out of place to you?
Nope.
What did you think of Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger the Movie: The Flying Ghost Ship?
G3 Princess was a nice touch and the ghost ship mecha battle was a great fight but other then that it was just ok.
What did you think of HurricaneGokaioh, the reveal of Basco's true form, and the Gokai Galleon Buster?
HurricaneGokaioh looked alright but i didnt care for him too much. Basco's true form sort of ruined him for me and made him more of a Juzo ripoff. The Gokai Galleon Buster was my favorite weapon of the Gokaiger's and i loved the design of it.
Was anyone else put off by how Fuuraimaru and HurricaneGokaioh were overly green?
No.
What did you think of Machalcon, Kanzen Gokaioh, and the deaths of Barizorg and Warz Gill?
Machalcon was a cross between being like Speedor and the engines and a pirate so i liked him. Kanzen Gokaioh looks awesome in the chest and hat but the rest is ok. Barizorgs death was a good one and one of my favorites. Warz Gill i always hated so im so happy he died.
What did you think of Akudos Gill?
Came in too late.
What did you think of the death of Damaras and Gokaiger vs. Gavan?
Damaras i didnt really care for so his death was meh. Gokaiger vs. Gavan was a good movie and the first time we get to see a male pink ranger.
What did you think of the deaths of Sally and Basco?
Sally's death i think really fulled the Gokaiger's will to beat Basco. Basco was handled really well but some of it was copyed from Shinkenger like the sword stuck in the foot but was a good fight.
What did you think of the Ultimate Treasure in the Universe and the death of Insarn?
TRIFORCE!!!! Thats all i can say about the Ultimate Treasure in the Universe because it didnt really do much. Insarn was annoying and i enjoyed her death.
What did you think of the destruction of the Greatest Treasure in the Universe and the finale?
It was great Gai got to do it and the finale was done well with all of the Gokai Changes and still giving the Gokaigers a good last fight. I loved how they used the Super Modes but i always wondered how? Did they have Super Keys? The ending with them giving back the powers was great to see and was a nice touch for them to show the actors getting the keys. AkaRed showing up i think made a good impact on how the team did what the Red Pirates was born to do, give the powers of the 34 super sentai back. The Gokaigers still kept there pirate image and that showed that they may be a Super Sentai but they are still pirates out for treasure.
Do you have any regrets what Gokaiger DIDN'T do?
Nope they did everything i wanted them too, even a crossover with Kamen Rider Decade (cant wait too see it when it is uploaded after it comes out on DVD).
Final thoughts on the series? Would you recommend this season to anyone? Why or why not?
I would only recommend it if you have seen a Super Sentai or Power Rangers season first. It has great storytelling, characters, brings back memorys, acting is very good, and it is overall a great series.
