4Kids is "To Assume And Assign Additional Executory Contracts" to Saban and Konami. The contracts to be assign to Saban are with Extreme Production Music and Nielsen Media Research. The contacts to be assign to Konami are with FileMaker and DGA Security Systems. The hearing to assign those 4Kids contacts to Saban and Konami will be on September 27.

As I posted at Toonzone, I am expecting the show to be on the Vortexx CW lineup because Saban Brands runs the block. I feel it is likely that it will replace Cubix at 7:00 a.m. on Saturday mornings as an E/I show.
Can they get kids up that early though?
In the UK, it'll probably end up on either Channel 5 (which has a pre-school block called Milkshake) or on Nick Jr.
