Maybe it was chosen as it's the complete opposite of the current season? LG is a space theme, vs Samurai's ancient warrior theme. The only things they have in common are a red lion zord and fact everybody's sidearm is a sword (yeah, both also have elemental powers, but LG uses it a lot less than Gingaman, whereas Samurai kept Shinkenger's intact).

Voretxx website now has the schedule. Looks like Yu-Gi-Oh and Dragon Ball Z Kai have switched times: Yu-Gi-Oh will now be on at 10:30 AM and Dragon Ball Z Kai will now be on at 11:00 AM.
