According to there site they're selling DVD boxsets of Red Vs Blue and Puppet Master?

It seems they are just porting the Canadian DVDs over. Thus explains the use of adventure. The Canadian sets have been bought, rip-ed, burn and sold illegally for years now. Not expecting much of these sets. For all intended purposes these are the as shown on fox kids episodes. Call me when a real good sets get released. Funimation still holds the official subtitle rights. Hopefully one day they'll get the dub rights.
How does it explain the use of Adventure, when Canada just aired the US version without any changes?
^^^I said it is simply the Canadian DVDs are being imported over. And the Canadian sets have been illegal copied for years making these "new" sets near useless. I say "near useless" cause the original Canada prints were released in very small batches. In fact if you find an unopened Canadian set and can confirm it isn't a bootleg copy, it be worth some money to a hardcore collector til the "new" sets get released.
Digi, the Canadian sets have always used the full Japanese title. It explains the use of the U.S sets using the same. You'd have to ask a Canadian why.

^Would it matter if the number of discs in the bootleg season 1 set (six) is different from this 8-disc Digimon set?
The original non-bootleg Canadian sets had 6 too. Maybe an increase in picture quality with 8 disc over the 6. But yeah, Nothing too specially unless you have a larger tv.
Perhaps it's not a bootleg after all, since even RightStuf has a listing for it. Plus it's not just the episodes either. There will be some perks.
