The Youtube user is wacko if she thinks an episode of PRSS is her "private property."

    ...um...wow.

    There are no words.

    Okay, except this.

What in the heck is that person even thinking when she stated that an episode of PRSS is her private property? Also, the fact that she turned from typical poorly-worded rage to eloquence is just icing on the cake of "what the heck".

I shot coke out of my nose at "Jealous of my video"

I have dealt with several fans who reupload clips or full episodes. The response is almost the same: I own this...despite the fact that they don't physically own or encode the clip. The same fans also state that they won't remove the clips because of the views. YouTube has started becoming a popularity contest for uploading content whether you own or not.

Full episodes should not be uploaded...plain and simple. If you get a warning, don't waste your breath contesting it. Last year, Saban Brands closed my MysticPoints channel which only had clips not episodes. This channel was taken down days before the Netflix announcement.

*facepalm* *headdesk* She can't be serious. And how the hell does she go from abbreviated writing to "I have a good faith" and think she'll be taken seriously?

Hm, the "I have a good faith" line is used in both the PR case and the "Grandma Song" case.

Yeah, I had a Goseiger video deleted (it wasn't a full episode, just the henshin and roll call). I couldn't counter the claim, because Toei was well within their rights.

^what happened to fair use? Oh that's right, there is no such thing anymore. hasn't been since big business was given control of the U.S by Bush Jr.

TOEI is actually more strict than Saban Brands. I've gotten warnings from them about Power Rangers clips using Sentai footage. The best warning was in the morning in regards to my Samurai video game walkthrough.

there is something I don't understand right there. Why are walkthroughs taken down? 99% of games do not have official walkthroughs anymore. They are a form of free advertisting for the devs and pubs games. In my experience walk throughs are not ever actually reported by the Devs and Pubs of the games. Rather it is other youtubers jealous of the "hits" others have gotten doing the reporting. My GF's brother has done 100s of walkthroughs. Keeps them backed-up on his pc and when some A-hole causes his account to be taken down, he just reuploads them with another account.
