if you counted Wild Force I'd say Jessica Rey but since you're not I'm going to go with

Amy Jo Johnson, Catherine Sutherland, and Nakia Burrisse.

Who aged the best? It's really a tough call, and I'm not going to cheat and say the possibly-obligatory "everyone except for perhaps ASJ and Christopher Khayman Lee". With the latter, considering that he hasn't been in anything ever since, we don't really know what he looks like as of recent (though a few pics in 2009 seem to suggest that he aged decently, to me).

That being said...

I'll agree with pretty much everyone that has been listed thus far. I would like to add a few more: Blake Foster aged really well. Keith Robinson and Michael Chaturantabut haven't really aged at all, from what I've seen.

I want to also add Sean Cw Johnson, except that there aren't any recent pictures of him, sadly. But with that said, from what I saw of the not-really-that-recent pics, he seemed to not age at all, perhaps looked even younger with the spiky hair, as opposed to the Generic Backstreet Boy look.
