I feel TRU cant accommodate all those pre orders. You would think the site would halt pre orders after it reaches the projected shipments TRU should get. Employees at the stores can't give clear answers. They keep going off what the site says. When the 7th comes tomorrow, I think there is gonna be a lot of upset people.

If you only want to buy 1 it'll cost you 72$. I for one just cant justify 72 dollars for one of them. I'm gonna wait for toys r us to do another sale and if they're gone by then oh well

Everyone who pre-ordered the Legacy Morpher on Toys R Us' website...yesterday was the release day, or shipment day. So almost everyone should have gotten some kind of shipping confirmation e-mail with a tracking number. Unfortunately though, some people are also getting cancellation e-mail's. Which is sad. Some people have gotten shipping confirmation e-mail's, followed by cancellation e-mail's, so no one is safe until the Morpher is in your hand.
Like I said 4 months ago, Toys R Us' handling of the entire Legacy Morpher situation has been nothing short of piss poor. This is a role model example of exactly how not to do business. You may even find this in your next Business class textbook: a model case of how business is terribly done where the reader will be expected to answer questions on why exactly Toys R Us failed so badly.
If I was Bandai, I would be incredibly discouraged from doing business with Toys R Us again, at least on an item exclusive basis like this. The Legacy Morpher was the main highlight of their 20th Anniversery line, and half the fans can't get one because Toys R Us has no idea what the hell they're doing.
I got mine. TRU handled this pre-order thing way better than other stuff in the past, but I have heard some horror stories.

While I didn't preorder the morpher I had someone at the counter help me order one right from the store! He saw me buying the five 3 1/2 in core Megaforce figures and he asked me if I wanted to order the morpher and I said yeah.Originally Posted by O.92
