lol. I seen him a few days ago on a bank of america commercial. it must be a new one because it was the first time i seen it. o and its weird, he showed up in the commercial a few seconds after i was thinking about him. haha
Walter also appeared in one buffy episode for halloween. It was called Fear Itself,
I just saw a commerical for Bank of America. I sort of caught it prob mid way thru, but I could've swore I saw Walter. It happened so quick, though.
Walter was in an episode of Buffy the Vampire Slayer, he had a small role as Edward, the episode is called Fear, Itself (season 4, ep. 4) and aired October 26th 1999

Here's the commerical (took me forever to find. lol):
"I just transfered money". If you pause it (0:14), you can see the infamous missing finger.
Did he have that finger in Power rangers? or has it always been missing
It's always been missing, since we first saw him on MMPR. When he actually LOST that finger, I have no idea.
