So, Saka's done some great work with creating some of the classic Sentai teams...and there's a couple of teams I've always wanted to adapt to a PR series...Of course, by now I'd just like to see the suits involved in a whole new story, but for now pixels work brilliantly. n.n
Here's some backstory...
Five young individuals, employees of the international defense, espionage, and law-enforcement organization S.A.F.E. (Strategic Action For Emergencies), volunteer to take part in an experimental new venture at agency headquarters aboard the Horizons Skylab-- a high-tech airborne vessel the size of a small city. Enrolled in a program known as “Operation Avian Force”, the five young adults are exposed to high-frequencies of scientifically engineered “AVIATOR Waves” (AVIATOR stands for Abnormal Voltaic Increase in Anabolism with Transcendental Optimal Response), which imbue each candidate with strange new superhuman abilities. Given access to super-powered battle suits to increase their already advanced powers, the five become the Power Rangers: Avian Force, fighting against the onslaught of evil!

Erik, Avian Force is basically how I'd adapt Jetman if ever given the opportunity.
SPR, I always try to think outside of the box when I'm making characters. I have several Female Reds, Female Greens, Female Blacks, and Female Extras. Reese is my first Male Pink, but I'm thinking of having another soon.
DISCLAIMER: Before we begin, let it be known that I, in fact, did NOT make the following suits. They were made by a member of RB known as SPD Cyber Ranger using elements of JJ Wubs’ rendition of Sport Ranger. All I did was recolor Pink and Blue and add my style of boots to the suits. Now scoot! ^__^ (*couldn’t resist*)
A Little Backstory
Hyperion Enterprises, Inc. is a multibillion dollar company with divisions catering to almost anything you can think of, from entertainment (Hyper Entertainment), to computer and robotics engineering (Hyperion Electronics), to federally funded paramilitary armor and weaponries development (Hyper-Tech Industries).
As of recently, Hyper-Tech Industries, in particular, has been doing some groundbreaking work. This began with the creation of a mock-Morphing Grid that allowed for their first company-sponsored team of Rangers. Named after the project that created the powers, Project Hyper Force were ready-made do-gooders who went out and protected Landmark City from various forms of villainy, including their former project-manager turned bad guy, Prometheus Stone, who decimated the mock-Morphing Grid system.
Through some feat nothing short of a miracle, the Hyper Force Rangers were able to tap into the REAL Morphing Grid to access their powers once more.
After various scenarios and hypotheses were tested, Project Hyper Force pinpointed the link, documented it, and saved the files for future reference.
In another city half-way across the country-- coincidentally named Central City-- a sister project to Project Hyper Force was in it’s infancy. This venture was tentatively dubbed Project Olympic Victory. The goal of the project was to create superhuman suits that would actually strengthen the body of the wearer, so that when they are not in Ranger form they could still perform feats of incredible levels of difficulty. The project manager, a five-time Olympic gold-medalist in wrestling and Harvard graduate, Brock Terra (affectionately referred to as Coach), went all around the world, recruiting athletic protégés in various sports; among them, Boxing, Swimming, Gymnastics, Soccer/Football, and Tennis.
It just so happens that, at the onset of this project, Central City suddenly comes under siege by, you guessed it, invading alien forces. Now it’s up to this new team of Rangers, Project Olympic Victory, to protect the city and the world.

Power Rangers: Project Olympic Victory

Donovan Charles “Donnie” Amoretti -- Age: 21-- Olympic Muscle, Boxing Red!
From the streets of Hell’s Kitchen in Manhattan, Donnie Amoretti has the heart and talent of a true champion, despite nearly having his young career ended by an almost fatal incident where his ribs-- broken by an earth shattering body shot-- pierced his left lung. As a result, he had to bench his pride in regards to his health and hung up his gloves. However, Coach Terra comes to him with the offer of Rangerdom, and Don couldn’t possibly refuse.
Full-blooded Italian, Donnie is fiery and ferocious, though deep within his gruff exterior lies the beating heart of a kindhearted person. Genuinely good at heart but lacking certain social niceties, Donnie is a very nontraditional leader. He has a bit of trouble following the rules and will often go out of his way to disobey them…which doesn’t always work out in his favor. He sometimes comes in opposition with his teammates, particularly the Yellow and Blue Rangers, but his heart is in the right place. His personal challenge is conquering his own stubbornness and pigheadedness to become a better leader and a better person.
NOTE: As a result of his Boxing Red suit, Donnie develops SUPERSTRENGTH in his civilian form. Because of complications in regard to his injury, Donnie has developed asthma.
Cadence James “C.J.” Carpenter-- Age: 19-- Olympic Speed, Football Yellow!
A born and raised Londoner, Cadence “C.J.” Carpenter is the most preeminent footballer under the age of 23 on two different continents (Europe and North America). Growing up with idols like David Beckham and even Mia Hamm, C.J. has honed his skills to a science and loves nothing more than being on the field.
He received several scholarships to various prestigious schools in hopes that he would join their respective football clubs, but when he was approached by Coach Terra with the unique opportunity to become a Ranger, he couldn’t turn it down.
C.J.’s talents aren’t only of the athletic nature, but he’s quite adept in academics as well, particularly the subjects of English, history, foreign language, and biology. He has a distinct love of the arts and enjoys going to theatre productions and orchestral performances as often as he can. Being a person so full of talent often leads C.J. to sometimes act a bit…egotistical. Though he means well and has a good heart, he is a bit of a know-it-all, and will continuously disagree with something if he doesn’t think it’s the ‘right’ course of action. This, of course, often leads him to confrontations with squad leader, Boxing Red.
Though Donnie and he remain friendly off of the battlefield, sometimes they can be absolute rivals in the heat of battle.
NOTE: As a result of his Football (or Soccer) Yellow suit, C.J. develops SUPERSPEED in his civilian form.
Corinth “Corrie“ Fenty -- Age: 20--Olympic Style, Swimming Blue!
Born in Saint Michael, Barbados, Corrie is a true Caribbean girl. She fell in love with swimming at a very early age (her mother says: “Right from my belly to the sea…”) and excelled in it. Her talent grew as such that she was soon competing against other swimmers and soon she was competing on a global level in the legendary Pan-Global Games. She took home gold in her second Pan-Global competition in the 800 freestyle relay. Her drive to compete and her ambition towards success usually always gets her to the top, and it certainly got the attention of Coach Terra, who immediately approached her with the prospect of joining the team.
Like C.J., Corrie is quite sharp, and her intuition and guidance are key contributions to the team. Because she is a bit ‘by the book’, she usually butts heads with Donnie over his brashness and sometimes erratic leadership. She also sometimes clashes with C.J. over his occasional snide reactions to Donnie’s slipups in leadership. Like all Rangers, her heart is definitely in the right place, though it does seem sometimes like she doesn’t even realize it’s there.
NOTE: As a result of her Swimming Blue suit, Corrie develops HYDROKINESIS (the ability to control water with your mind). She can also stay underwater for extraordinary lengths of time (up to thirty minutes).
Emile Philippe “Ace” Brulé -- Age: 21-- Olympic Precision, Tennis Green!
Native of Lourdes, France, Emile Phillipe (better known as “Ace”) Brulé is what some commentators of the sport of Tennis refer to as a “phenom”. Competing in the legendary Wimbledon Championships at the unheard of age of 13, Ace has been an up-and-coming name in the tennis circuits since before he had to shave. Impassioned about the sport, Ace has trained hard and long in his career, and it finally paid off in his 19th year when he finally took home the Gentlemen Single’s silver gilt cup. Sometime later, whilst training for an upcoming season, he was approached by Coach Terra and he couldn’t help but seize the opportunity.
Ace is NOT your stereotypical angry Frenchman. On the contrary, he is quite possibly the calm anchor of what can sometimes be a very tumultuous group. Witty, poised, and brimming with class, Ace always thinks before he speaks and always means what he says. He uses words deliberately and with great ease. He has a soothing orator’s voice that matches perfectly with his persona.
NOTE: As a result of his Tennis Green suit, Ace develops EXTRA-SENSORY PRECEPTION in which he can see snippets of certain event before they happen.
Ekaterina “Kittie” Ivanov-- Age: 17--Olympic Grace, Gymnastic Pink!
Ekaterina (pronounced KAT-er-REE-nah) Ivanov is a Pan-Global legend in the making. Her coach, THE Gunthar Schmidt, once trained veteran Ranger, Kimberly Hart, and brought her to the pinnacle of her gymnastic career. Now he’s doing the same for Ekaterina (affectionately referred to as “Kittie”), who has immense aptitude for the sport. Despite her age, she is fiercely competitive and is a showoff on the mat. With a promising future ahead of her, she made the converse decision that was once faced by Kimberly: approached by Coach Terra in hopes of her joining the team, Kittie accepts the once-in lifetime offer.
Kittie is the youngest team member and she’s easily the most naďve. Full of hope and joy, she can hardly believe that the world is full of such horror and sadness (even though her own birth coincided with the fall of the Soviet Union). Generous, charitable, and trusting to a fault, Kittie embodies what it means to be a ‘good person’. Despite this, she is learning to be a devastating combatant on the battlefield. She’s harboring a little crush for team-leader, Donnie, but she’s far too bashful to reveal it or pursue it.
NOTE: As a result of her Gymnastics Pink suit, Kittie develops PHASING ABILITIES which allow her to dance and maneuver her way through any obstacle. She is also a classically trained ballerina who can stand on her toes for an astounding hour and thirty minutes.
TECH: The story idea was actually inspired by/adapted from one done by a veeeeeeeeeeeeery close friend. ^__~ Once again, the suits themselves were not made by me and are © their original owners. The civies, however are pretty much all moi. It’s pretty obvious that the team jackets were made by editing Maiki’s rendition of the Overdrive uniforms. No touchies, potential touchiepoos. <3

Do you end up writing fan fics or anything regarding these guys? Their backgrounds are so detailed and lovely, hence my fear of writing RP Bio's :P

Power Rangers: Warpspeed Rescue

Name: Christopher Aaron “Topher” Prewitt
Age: 23
Occupation: Aeronautics Engineer/ Pilot
Army and Naval brat, Topher Prewitt grew up around airplanes and jets and has always been fascinated by them…so much in fact, that he wanted to grow up to build and fly them.
And that’s exactly what he did.
One of the youngest and brightest in the field, Topher secured an impressive position within a federally funded defense organization known as Lightspeed in the city of Mariner Bluff, the sister city of Mariner Bay-- which, years ago, had been under siege by demonic forces of darkness.
Topher is witty and clever and loves to toss around punny quips. In battle, he doses out the sass with liberal doses of sarcasm and silliness. He is a genuine and kindhearted guy who enjoys being in the company of good friends. A city-boy at heart, he does feel out of place, sometimes, in the wild, though he has had training to deal with such scenarios.
Topher isn’t as physically impressive as his fellow teammates Oscar and Colt, but he definitely isn’t out of shape. His body is more svelte than buff; very lean with light corded musculature.
Topher and Blaire are the most technical-savvy of the team.
NOTE: Topher wears prescription glasses, but he doesn’t always wear them. When he doesn’t wear his glasses, then he has his contacts in. Without these visual aids, his vision is terribly poor, comparable to that of Velma of Scooby-Doo.
Topher also seems to be developing a strong attraction towards teammate, Blaire, though he is still too shy to approach her to figure out if a relationship might be a possibility.
Topher’s hair isn’t nearly as processed as it appears. Half of his style comes from working around his tousled bed-head and working with it with a dime-sized drop of gel.
Name: Blaire Gwyneth Nobel
Age: 22
Occupation: Nurse/ EMT
Mensa member, certified genius, registered nurse and all around staggeringly brilliant young woman, Blaire Nobel might very well be one of the most versatile Rangers in history. The daughter of a NASADA rocket scientist and a biochemist, Blaire and her younger brother Colton were raised in an environment that not only encouraged but fostered educational growth. As a result, Blaire’s extreme intelligence was honed at a very young age. Erudite, astute, and very meticulous and methodical in her modes of thought, Blaire’s mind allows her to be the queen of multitasking. She can do complicated algebraic equations in her head while running her daily laps. She can read Tolstoy whilst eating breakfast. She sings ariettas in the shower.
Not only is her mind a fine-tuned machine, but her body is also at the peak of performance. She is quite fit, toned and defined (yet still quite lean), and has disciplined herself to eat only healthy foods. To add to her absurdly brilliant mind, it should be noted that she speaks at least 12 different languages fluently-- among those: French, Spanish, Japanese, German, Arabic, and Mandarin Chinese.
With all of this brainpower, one might expect her to be a no-nonsense, all-business type of woman…which, quite honestly, she usually is…But there are moments when she lets her polished shield lower to allow special few people into her truest heart. She’s never really had a romantic relationship with anyone, so all of her interactions with attractive members of the opposite sex is usually awkward at best.
Her background is largely in the medical field, because she feels that it is the most worthwhile of her many areas of expertise.
NOTE: Blaire is the official second-in-command who leads in Oscar’s absence, although she usually gives orders in his presence as well. Her brother’s personal nickname for her is “Bee-Bee”, sometimes just shortened to Bee.
Name: Oscar Reynaldo “Oz” Olivarez
Age: 21
Occupation: Firefighter
“Young” and “brash” are two adjectives that could accurately describe Oscar “Oz” Olivarez…but, then again, so could “truehearted” and “kind”. Though he is occasionally foolhardy, Oz has what it takes to be a true leader…if only he could believe in himself.
He was chosen to be a Ranger after a rather rash decision on his part resulted in the rescue of a small child trapped on the 16th floor of a burning building. Without aide of a ladder, he tore into the inferno and brought the child to safety, delivered into the arms of his mother.
Oz has trouble with following rules and has quite a rebellious spirit, despite usually doing what’s expected of him. The only time his rebel side shows itself is when he is asked to do something he doesn’t think is morally right. He will flatly refuse to do anything he doesn’t agree with.
Of all of the Rangers, he is the most physically strong, followed by teammates Colt, Blaire and Topher.
NOTE: Oz seems to be particularly fond of Izzie, though it’s not certain yet whether this is on a purely platonic level or not.
Name: Izumi “Izzie” Mamiya
Age: 20
Occupation: ???/ Student
A little ray of sunshine, Izumi’s bubbly personality, eternal optimism, and adorable innocence belies her true fighting ability and strength. Izzie is a dynamo; compact, but she packs a lot of power. Trained in a myriad of martial arts disciplines, Izzie uses her delicate appearance as a method of surprise against her adversaries.
Also, though she can easily assume the role of the naďve ingénue, Izzie is exceptionally intuitive. She seems to possess the ability to discern the truth from false upon hearing a lie, and has an uncanny knack for knowing certain secrets (hiding places, out of place items, minute details, etc.) before anyone even notices that something is amiss.
Izumi loves nature and children, and can usually be found in quaint little parks in her downtime.
NOTE: Izzie speaks fluent Japanese, so she and Blaire often use this common language to talk about the guys right in front of them, usually concerning something humorous. Izzie’s past is a bit of a mystery as no one is quite sure what she did before joining the organization.
Name: Colton Galen “Colt” Nobel
Age: 20
Occupation: Professional Athlete (Swimmer)
Colt Nobel comes from a very intellectual family, but his interests are more athletic than academic. However, he lives up to his family’s standards of excellence in his sport of interest: swimming. Colt loves the water, perhaps because of all of the time he spent in or around it as a child. Colton grew up with dreams of being like his favorite sports stars and hoped one day to compete in competition just as they did. And he definitely got his chance.
Colton, at the age of 14, was one of the youngest athletes ever to compete in the Pan-Global Games, swimming against competition that, on shear speculation alone, should have been leaps and bounds beyond his capabilities. But Colton proved his neigh-sayers wrong when he took home the Silver Medal that year. For years after that, he competed and placed in the Pan-Global Games, taking home his first Gold Medal when he was 18 years old. An unexpected head injury from a diving accident caused him to sit out the season, making him ineligible to compete in the upcoming games. He decided to make the most of his downtime and grew out his dreads.
Unlike his older sister, Colton is quite personable and proclaims himself to be an open book. He has no problem expressing himself, whether it be vocally or physically… Speaking of, Colton has an ideal swimmer’s build: that classic, masculine “V” body shape, toned and taught muscles, and highly impressive stamina.
Again, unlike his sister, Colton has no trouble speaking with the opposite sex and is a bit of a playboy, though he is an honest romantic at heart (a lot like Pokémon‘s Brock, Colt usually always has a different crush).
NOTE: Though he doesn’t act it, Colton is nearly as intelligent as his older sister, Blaire. For some reason, he appears to be somewhat embarrassed by his intellect.
Colton is at that point in his life where he’s entered that “experimental phase”. ^__^ I’ll let you read into that what you will.
TECH: Topher‘s hair is now and forever credited . The Rangers’ morphers are thanks to a creator from RB known as DaiDekaRanger. Everything here is TSFR Exclusive. Touch not, potential toucheroos.
