Ok time for the first 2 teams...so get yourself ready because it's...
TIME FOR....TIME FORCE!
Base is by Taiko554, but everything but the buckle is mine, which is basically a cut out of the photoshoot, i'm just not getting the result i want so i'm using a photo as a temp for now.
Wesley Collins: Wes is from 2001, son of a rich man who was being groomed for business but his encounter with the Time Force had him take a hard look at his life and he jumped forward to protect his city.
Sophie Lucas: Sophie is a pro racer, a Time Force Agent, and a Cyborg, while initially a shallow, by the book, agent she does have a good heart and when Frax kidnaps her to reprogram her for his personal revenge against Ransik she began to wonder and look into Frax, trying to save him.
Jen: Jen and Alex were partners and engaged, Ransik's attack set her on a mission to avenge Alex's death. While she is the one to get the team back in time her time there is limited as her personal vendetta is determined to be to dangerous and once the second time ship is finish she is replaced.
Trip: A Xybria Trip has a gem in his forehead that lets him read minds and even see far distances, he is trusting and good natured, maybe a little to much, but is also a great technical person.
Katie: Genetically engineered for strength Katie bull and happy she tends to take life head on, but the fear of the future not being there when she gets back shakes her to the core.
Alex: Alex was killed by Ransik, but the time meddling in the past had him narrowly survive (and coincidentally introduced the healing orb that later cures Mr. Colins into the time-line). Initially he comes back and replaces Wes, however when he sees that the team is stronger with the team player Wes as opposed to the solo wonder Alex he returns to the future, however he has another morpher constructed, a “shadow red” so he can offer his experience to the Time Force.

Ok a Update, the Shadow Force remains the same but Time Force and the Quantum Rangers got some changes.

SOPHIE Lucas: See Quantum Green, her Alternate Time-line would have put her in this position and at one point the team meet their AU doubles.
Lucas Kendel: In the main timeline Lucus replaces SOPHIE, who doesn't exist until AFTER Alex is saved and the healing orb comes into being. A pro racers and bit stiff he serves as the Blue Ranger of Time Force, eventually falling in love with Nadira.
*No name yet*: A high ranging SPD officer selected to replace Jen, since time is fragile, and Jen is a good candidate, just not for THIS mission a “shadow” morpher like Alex's, a 1 hour rechargeable morpher is created for her.
Note: Still trying to flesh out this character.
The Shadow Rangers: These Rangers are from a dark universe, the one Turtlecon creates when he sends the rangers away. The shadow Rangers consist of Alex, Jen, SOPHIE, Katie, and Trip who work for a Time Force that enforces their changes on the past to make their time better, Ransik is not a hero here but rather a criminal who is targeted by them, he escapes to the past to escape their pursuit and establish his power base Ranger Free.
Note I haven’t come up with anything for Blue, Yellow, and True Pink so I’m open to ideas!
The Quantum Rangers:
Alexis Martin: Like Eric Alexis was dirt poor and hand nothing, but it seemed life was content to kick her around, homeless, destitute, and angry at the world when Eric hides the Quantum Controller she manages to see it. Noting how many people want it she slips in, and with nothing to loose she puts her hand in the box and becomes the new Quantum Ranger. At which point she contacts Bio-Lab, Ransik, and the Time Force, agreeing to join them and hand over the Quantum Power if they can meet her price. Ransik's offer is considered first but when she learns his goal is to destroy all humans, and his wealth is stolen making her not a mercenary but a criminal, one allied with a man who would see her race, and her once she was no longer useful, destroyed that leaves Time Force and Bio-Lab. Bio-Lab can meet her price and she is assigned to the Silver Guardians beside Eric (who Mr. Colins trusts just a once more then the homeless mercenary.)
SOPHIE Lucas: Sophie is a pro racer, a Time Force Agent, and a Cyborg. She is the Same SOPHIE from SPD, her cybernetic components extending her life for a couple hundred years until the organic decay was just to much as she went offline. After hundreds more years Trip finds her body and thanks to the healing orb is able to restore her organics and repair her cybernetics. Though there was much brain damage and data loss, so she was partnered with Lucus to begin her rehabilitation. In her time-line Trip repaired her instead of building Circuit, she in turned finished Circuit and gave it to Trip as a thank you. When Alexis, the self styled Quantum Queen, sells her services as the Quantum Ranger to the highest bidder Sophie is selected to be apart of Project Quantum, the Quantum Files are reopened a set of new Quantum Morphers are built as well as new Quantazords. They take nearly 20 years to complete and are then sent back in the current team they were specially designed for.
Jen: With the threat Alexis poses added to Ransik Jen breaks rank, and using some underground ties manages to have her Chrono Morpher upgraded to a Violet “Burst Quantum Morpher” a sort of Battleizer or “shadow” morpher (like Alex has), using Alex as a resource she arranges to be sent back with SOPHIE to aid the team.

Was messing around in PS and basicly just removedthe chest icon and did some recolors and to my supprise look at what the base even at this stage makes a good template for....
Yup shorten the gauntlets, make the buckle, and add the chest emblem and MF is pretty much done

Sorry bout that, i'll make sure it's fixed in my next round of edits (since i have my DA and 3 forums i have to update)

Alright so messed around with my TF work showed how it's pretty close to MF so i went ahead and did a couple more changes to it, i'll probably mirror the effect on the female template but not much else for now, i need to finish my Time Force Weapons.
As noted the base is by Taiko554, and at this stage the buckle is a picture reference.

So i decided to go ahead and finish MF
On the helmets now

the black part of the visor only is from ACTL, mainly cause i figured with such limited space it would look nearly identical but the gold edging i did myself as well as the extension of the helmet
All the MF helmets have a expanded area around the face see here

MF is on hold TM so i can get the pixels done for my Toku series based on NS i'm writing now.
You may remember the old one with the ACTL base,
I wanted to remake it to do all sides and wasn't happy with the helmet which is more Samurai then ninja. And the belt is just UGGH

The Ways we know Nicole, Nikki, and Ethan came to be when the experienced Ways (Shane, Tori, and Dustin, and no this is not NS they are just named as a homage to the inspiration) are killed.
I also includes 2 ways for male water and female earth to see the color palettes
